A lot of haters on here, sheesh! It's a good place, what you'd expect. Every doctor office and pharmacy is understaffed, and yet I've had no issues getting both regular meds and emergency needs filled quickly.
They always answer the phone and are helpful - every time.
The one head pharmacist, if she's still there, is a delight. Young woman, blonde, always in a good mood...I really think they're trying but people are so judgy anymore!
I switched from Kroger pharmacy after years with them, and I've been happy with CVS for over a year now!

Richard, is always so rude when I drop off a package for UPS and ask him to send me a receipt to my email. He acts like it's such a hassle for him to have to scan the box. It’s every time and he enjoys pushing back it’s unprofessional. Pharmacy is great!

Worst place to get your prescriptions they are rude they tell you yes come in 2 days to get it filled and then you go and they lie they just wanna play games with people's medicine and I talking ab the woman who works there that's the pharmacist

The pharmacy is a joke. Never have enough staff. Send you messages your prescription is ready you get there and it's not ready or they don't have it on stock. Got to order it. They just need to close it down

Giving a star because giving zero starts is not an option. Switching pharmacies today. Beyond fed up with the drive NEVER open. Always short staffed. Medicine never ready on time. The line inside the store is ALWAYS long. With having small children, waiting in line for 30+ minutes is not an option. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE PHARMACY. I'm sure this store is going under too, just like all the other CVS. Horrible.

Only reason I deal with cvs is Scott. He goes above and beyond and makes customers feel comfortable with a smile on his face. As far as the remaining place just throw it all away. They never have medicine ready and make you feel like a dope fiend when trying to refill your prescriptions early because when you do the "day of" they're completely out and you have to wait for medication you've been on since 2016. So now you have to wait days for treatment!!! Please just give us Scott and throw the rest away.....*EDIT Richard at the latonia store should be fired. He literally judged me for using a coupon on toilet paper. Then proceeded to tell me in front of my child she must be adopted.....why? Because our skin colors differ! Racism much?

In late February or early March, the pharmacist actually laughed at me on the phone. If you get any narcotics from here, count them before you leave. They run the medication through and if Ins. does not pay, they just charge you. Oh, they Federally do have to take a lunch break...but do the really have to go to lunch at the same exact time and close the pharmacy???

Called them from a provider’s office to simply call in a prescription for a patient on 5/9/23 around 1 pm. Two separate people answered the phone, when I told them I was trying to call in a prescription they had me on hold for over 40 minutes. No one offered to forward me to a voicemail to just leave it or anything like that.After over 40 minutes on hold, the phone hung up. When I tried calling back, it said they were on lunch. So basically they left me on hold for almost the full duration of their lunch break instead of just letting me call in the prescription. Not cool to deal with this.

I went to CVS Pharmacy this morning to refill a prescription. Five employees were working in the pharmacy area and no one was in line to pick up a prescription. Five minutes went by. Then six... Then seven...Then eight.That is when I yelled that I would take my business elsewhere. I was livid!The employees kept expecting one of the other employees to wait on me.For some reason the CVS Pharmacy that was in Covington was permanently closed and they sent records to the CVS in Latonia. They got rid of the best pharmacy. They were organized, polite, and efficient. I have had other problems with this pharmacy, but not to this extent. I can see why they only got three stars out of five. The employees need to take a course in customer service, and they need to be reprimanded for such rude behavior. This pharmacy will continue to get worse if no one puts pressure on them to improve. Thanks Yelp for helping me to feel better after I have had my say!
