“Owner operator. Trying to word this the best way I can.. I worked for this guy several years back and over all it was a good experience.. he is not a customer service expert or the good at advertising, but if you want a window installed at a good price and quickly.. I'd call this guy. I quoted a price at Jack's glass one day and it almost made me laugh.. I just ordered 6 house windows yesterday and picked them up today. He even met me an hour after closing up because I have a far drive. I come back every few years when I need glass. wouldnt recommend anyone else. Thanks!”
“Michael!!! I may not have used this location as they were fully booked. (No surprise with the customer service I experienced they deserve to be busy) I digress in my down point of having my car broken into he referred me to another place that was able to squeeze me in with his rec! My next broken into window (knock on wood that doesn’t happen) will be going to him and this company hands down strictly because of his customer service!”

It was a very anxiety-filled morning talking with the police, insurance, tow company etc. I was so frazzled when I arrived at the shop to discuss repairs but the front desk associates and person who worked on my car, Davonte, instantly eased my anxiety with their professionalism and can-do attitude. They talked through the damage, what repairs would most likely need to be made, and assured me that all I had to do was wait for updates. They called me twice a week to keep me informed. Davonte was so kind and reassuring and made sure I understood all the updates throughout the process. I was really worried about what my car would look like when I got it back, but she looks brand new and better than ever! I am including a photo of the before and after of what my car looked like the morning it was hit and the day I picked it up. Give Davonte a raise! He really kept me sane through this whole process. “Outstanding service from Dickey's! I first ordered 4 large mirrors for my home gym. They were punctual and did an excellent installation job. I then had them measure my glass for my new shower. They installed it this week and the installation was perfect! I used Jack's Glass on my previous shower glass and there is no comparison. Dickey's job is 10x better. Janet was excellent on the follow-up and scheduling. The crew that was here were friendly and very professional. I’m very pick and I'm very pleased!”

I called Greg's and they repaired the van in 2 days, Thw alternator failed 2 days later, They were happy to resolve the issue, I had the car back the next day. “I had a wonderful experience from scheduling to installation of a broken passenger window! I wrote in for a quote last night, received a call within an hour to let me know they had an opening the next day for a mobile repair! Terrance T. came by and helped me understand the process. Unfortunately, I made an error on the year of my car so they had the wrong glass, but Terrance worked to get a new piece and came back to install it super fast! “Adam did a wonderful job explaining what they were going to do, what they would have to take apart, and a rough estimate of completion. It came back perfectly painted and blended, even though it was only a scratch, I will attach a before & after picture as I am very satisfied with the car’s work. However, I don’t enjoy giving a not-so-nice review, but I am knocking one star off due to the front desk lady’s demeanor being kind of off-putting. The lady I talked to on the phone was very kind, but once I went to drop my car off, the lady working the evening shift was not very personable or friendly. Can’t expect perfection, but I do expect some sort of customer service and it did fall short of my expectations. Handled billing the insurance company and I didn’t have to do a thing, very thankful for that! Thank you to Adam and his team for excellent repairs.”

The technician, who is also the owner of the business, showed up at my apartment within an hour. He was done installing my new window in just under 45 minutes. He was competent, kind, and professional. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing an emergency replacement of a car window.”

“They did a great job with the windshield repair, which is I guess what's most important. My car was throwing some error codes due to the cracked glass and that threw them for a loop. They had me take it to the dealership and there was some back and forth about whether the codes needed to be corrected before the windshield repair (turns out no). So it all got fixed in the end, but with delays and driving around the city ?.”
