Don't waste your time with them! Had go back over everything! The front window was still dirty on both sides. Didn't even vacuum the trunk. Said my car would be ready at 10 came by 11 still wasn't done they said give them another hr i came back in 2 and the car was still not done! Waste of time and money! Better off just cleaning it yourself.Services: Vacuuming

Had our car detailed before selling, the seats and carpet looked great but the windshield on the inside was nasty, there was stuff still spattered all over the console fae (that literally came off when I rubbed it), there was bird p*** on the inside of the door it hadn't been waxed even though we paid for it,and everything was just covered in a nasty greasy film where they just soaked it in Armorall. Not worth the $125 that was charged. Hoping it sells or I've got 2days worth of scrubbing grease out of my car. I could have done better at home in the driveway and just saved my money. Really disappointed.Services: Car waxing

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO WYATTS DETAIL SHOP! THEY will not do anything except swipe over it inside to make you think they’ve done something.So I take my car to Wyatts Detail at 10:30 in the morning for a complete cleaning and detail experience. He told me on the phone it would be ready at four o’clock. Sometime between 4:30 and five he calls and ask for more time and I agreed. I finally called back at seven o’clock to see if it was finished and he said I will call you when I bring it back to the shop. I could tell he didn’t appreciate me calling about it but hey at this point they’ve had my car for several hours and it’s getting dark. He finally called and said “I’m at the shop and your car Is ready!So by this time it’s pitch dark and since he doesn’t have electric service I couldn’t see what he had or had not done. He takes your car to his home to detail by the way! Since I was not able to seeanything I specifically asked did you do this,this and this to which he he replied “yes I sure did. “When I got it home and got it under light I could tell he had donenothing. It hadn’t been swept or the leather cleaned, nothing. I however did call him and he offered to do it over but understandably enough why would I want a repeat of nothing. I asked for a refund and he wouldn’t agree saying it can’t be that bad and hung up. It’s really his loss though because we have two more vehicles and a family that has several more. Needless to say I’ve taken pictures of before and after and nothing changed. I’m not trying to be mean but I want you to know WYATTS DETAIL SHOP IN CORBIN IS A JOKE!Services: Car waxing

I was giving this gentleman a chance to keep his word and return my money like he offered to do but since he has refused to accept my messages or calls I will go ahead and leave my review. We paid Wyatts $125 for exterior wash/wax, buffing some minor scratches and interior cleaning. 1.) Upon return of my vehicle once we was able to see it direct sunlight, it was absolutely covered in a white residue (wax or buffing compound maybe?). It looked terrible and had to be washed twice to remove the residue. 2.) Windows wasn’t touched 3.) The back hatch wasn’t touched, wiped down or vacuumed. This was absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a vehicle detailing business. I messaged him and told him about what I found after further inspection of my vehicle. He told me that he was truly sorry that his mother in law had cleaned my vehicle and he knew that he should’ve inspected it before he brought it back. His exact words by the way!! He offered to redo or refund my money. I did not want a redo, understandably so I told him to refund me $100 and he could keep the $25 for the little work he did do. Believe me when I say it was not worth $25, he said he would contact me the next Thursday to arrange the return of my money. This was several weeks ago and now he will not accept my messages or calls. I am being ignored so this is why I decided to go ahead and leave my review in hopes that it may help inform others so the same doesn’t happen to anyone else. My husband and I work hard for our money and I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and lied to especially by someone who claims to be a professional business. I have screenshots of the messages to post but do not see a way to do so. I would highly recommend to anyone that they take their business elsewhere or just clean the vehicle yourself. My 10 year old could’ve done a much better job.Services: Delivery

They removed my seats to clean under them and made it look like they were bolted in when I picked my vehicle up, but my seats and seat belt clip was not bolted back in. If I would not have noticed it it could have been very dangerous and I have 3 small kids. There cleaning job was not good and they ripped the tent on my window trying to take a sticker off with a knife. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Car smells soured because the floors are always soaked when you pick it up. Cupholder and doors never look like they have been cleaned out. Gave 2 chances and car keeps coming back the same way. Would not recommend.

They did a ok job. I could have done the same job in two hours in the driveway. Windows smeared. Water markes all over the door jambs. Console still dirty. Carpets and seats were supposed to be shampooed and still dry when I picked it up. Called numerous times no answer. Called me 30 minutes before closing to come get my car. Waste of money.

Went for a complete detail. Had a appointment to be the first in the morning. After almost 5 hours went to check on it. It was pulled out front . I noticed 4 or 5 cars already finished and ready to be picked up , so assumed mine was done. The inside hadn't been touched, there was bug residue all over the front. I asked when it would be finished , they vacuumed it real fast then stopped . I asked aren't you going to clean the inside. they grabbed a rag and beginning to wipe the inside. It took them maybe 4 minutes. I took it home and had to spend a hour cleaning. The outside still had residue from bug droppings there was scratches on the paint. None of the doors were cleaned. I can't even give them 1 star. Never will I go back . I will have to pay someone else to clean what should have been already done plus get all the scratches taken out
