Indeed, a very strange towing service. I called them in evening because I needed a tow. Girl didn’t immediately understand what I was saying. I believe this is a country of immigrants, and in this country, everyone has different accents. She simply hung up the phone and didn't even try to understand me. I called 2 more times, but she didn't answer me. Guys, especially those from IL trucking companies, beware of them. If they behave like this before even starting the job, imagine what they could do at the end when they drop your truck off at the point of delivery.
UPD 1: they responded to my review, but this is a lie.

busted my tire today; i’m 17 and i didn’t know what to do as i’m still a new driver. they were very attentive, helped calm me down and walked me through what to do. they even made sure i had air conditioning since its summer and it was rather hot out. very appreciative of their help and even more grateful of them!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Engine died and Rambo (sp?) came and picked me up. Took it to a shop who confirmed the engine issue then helped me find a dealer for repairs. Highly recommend.

My car broke down today on I 75 2 miles from exit 38 northbound called Wallens. Dispatch sent Mr. Rambo after me. He was there within the hour. Was very professional, very attentive to my needs, and most of all was very considerate of my vehicle, and making sure it wasn’t damaged in the process. Amazing guy all around. But this is a trustworthy and honest group from what I can tell. You will be in good hands.

My daughter locked my keys in my car. I called Wallen’s and he came to my rescue. He had my car unlocked within 5 minutes. Very nice gentleman. Thank you for your service :)

My vehicle was stolen by thieves, not impounded. Your towing fee was $800.00 from Whitley County to Whitley County according to KSP. Without proper insurance to replace pickup, I guess it was stolen permanently by this company. Theres got to be a better way. It is my loss and I'm a grown woman to accept that loss but I will discuss it.

I have known the Wallen FamilyJust about all my life.Of course they are the one I would call when in need of a tow.there well known for there service to the community for so many decades.The driver ( Rambo) Arrived quickly to tow my wife’s car.Her car was towed safely to our auto serviceAnd the cost was very reasonable.5 stars earned.

Rambo is absolutely one of a kind. My boat and trailer got hit during a hit and run, which lodged my trailer wheel under the fender well and jammed it up pretty bad to where it was gonna be impossible to get it home. Rambo was passing by and stopped on a dime to jump out and assist. He began working on the trailer wheel to dislodge it and got it completely set back in place so that I could tow the boat on back home. Without his help and kindness I’d still be sitting on the side of the road, because there was no way that trailer was making it home. God bless that man because you definitely don’t get to meet many people these days as genuine as he is. Wallens sure has a top notch employee with him on their side. Best service I’ve ever received!

We were involved in a hit & run while pulling our boat. The other driver swerved onto our side of the road, hitting and destroying our boat and boat trailer. Causing the wheel to be completely crushed into where we couldn't move it. We were stranded at night in the cold! Wallens tow truck just so happened to be passing by and stopped to help. Rambo was the driver, and he immediately got to work on helping get the wheel popped out and in working condition. The fella was so incredibly nice and helpful that I will NEVER use another tow service. From now on I will ONLY use Wallens. Just because of our experience with Rambo. Very genuine guy who couldn't have passed by at a better time. I recommend Wallens 100% and will spread the word to all friends and family. Very blessed to have met him. Great company with astounding morals ?
