We bought our Jayco here and we always have it serviced here. David is very thorough at making everything the way I want with the interior. They have everything you could need or will order it. The service department makes sure it is safe and road worthy. They really care.

We pulled into Skaggs Valley RV today with our Intech Sol Horizon. I was having trouble getting sound from our TV. The guys there were amazing. They promptly had me pull around back and had me up and running within 5 minutes, TV volume works like a charm now. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for exceptional customer service!

My husband and I were on a three week adventure with our 5th wheel when we had a major accident. We called Skaggs and were able to get our rig in to their shop the same day. Less than two weeks later, we were waiting on one last part. It came in at 3:45 on a Friday and the guys all got right on it only to discover that another part was needed. They called all of the other dealers in town and were able to find what they needed and again jumped right on the repair. Joe, Justin, and Greg stayed nearly 2 hours after close to get us on our way. We would highly recommend Skaggs Valley for any repairs—they also sell campers!! They are a great bunch of guys!!!

My husband and I recently broke down on a trip from Kansas City to Bristol, TN. We were stuck in the gas station stall with a broken truck and camper. We called Skaggs to assist with possibly helping us move the camper to a campsite. They did this for us and helped us in every possible way they could. We appreciate them for doing this!!! Great people to the rescue.

I drove from western N,Y 23hr round trip because Terry saved me thousands$$, he had the camper set up and air conditioning on so we could sleep when they installed fifth wheel hitch, they were thorough during the walk through thanks so much fellas?

The person in store was very rude, unprofessional and pushy. He raised the price of products at counter and blamed me that they were priced incorrectly. I ordered online and got parts at half their prices. It’s a different place since Gary isn’t there. Save yourself a bad experience and go somewhere else.
