This is a not a good location. It is an online , self pick up from lock box rental. There is no office in site. Online advised they are open from 9am to 4 pm, however the phone number provided has a voice mail not set up. You can't speak to anyone for 24 hours about a correction or truck issue. I would not suggest renting from here. Go to the locations where there is an office and staff that can assist if there is an issue with your reservation. Not pleased at all. Our issue is going to cost us a nother days rental because there is no one to assist on site or via phone for this location and we have to wait 24 hours for someone contact us about the issue.
