Absolutely ridiculous! Pulled in 10 mins before closing..got the wash. Went over to the vacuum, 8:02 they turn off the vacuums. Could they had not told us before we paid we couldn't use every part of the car wash? We will take our business somewhere else. Thanks

I don't understand why they only spray on 1 side of the vehicle nor do they scrub the front window. Can literally say ya only getting a 1/2 of the job your paying for.

Every time I go they have the whole car wash shut down. Havent been able to wash my car that I have a membership with in 11 weeks. I will be using another car wash.

Was double charged had two accounts set up at the corbin branch. I highly dont recommend, but I finally got ahold of someone who did an awesome job to fix the problem.
