Was double charged had two accounts set up at the corbin branch. I highly dont recommend, but I finally got ahold of someone who did an awesome job to fix the problem.

I recently paid for the cheapest wash there and when I got my bank statement I have been charged 42.99 for a single car wash. Someone there is scamming people. I would not use that wash. I don’t live in the area and was just passing through.

Car wash advertises to be open until 8pm. Came in at 7:53 pm to get a wash and to vacuum my car. Drove around to vacuum my car, and was notified that the vacuums were shut off at 7:55pm. I asked the worker, If he could ask the manager to switch it back on just for a couple of minutes, since it wasn’t yet 8:00, and he refused to ask. Had I known I was not going to be able to vacuum my car, I wouldn’t have paid the $17 for a wash. You shouldn’t advertise being open until 8:00pm if the only portion of the services that you’re able to utilize until 8:00pm, is the one you’re making money off of.
