We drive from Louisville to the Smokies occasionally and stopped to this day we have this conversation that goes something like this,“Which exit is the janky gas station?…I can’t remember. You know where our card was skimmed at the pump?”It’s exit 25. Go to the one on 29.One thousand was fraudulently charged on our card in New York City. The credit card company made it right but at the end of the day we all pay for fraud in the way of higher prices.

I was stolen my card information here. Don’t use this gas station.I reviewed the past comments which also were found the card skimmed. Stay away from here.

A note for Michelle, a kind stranger who works here.I just want to say, my dad and I stopped here late tonight and I ran in from the rain and the cold and asked if they sold bananas and the front desk woman said they don’t. This was the second gas station we had stopped at to find bananas.Before I could leave, out of the kindness of her heart, she gave me her personal bananas that she had for herself. I hope you see this, Michelle, I hope you know how much it meant, and I hope you have a beautiful day.Thank you for giving your bananas to a stranger. Happy belated Valentines Day. Much love ?

Driving back home to Ohio from Florida and stopped here for gas. The pump outside would not for some reason let me prepay. I went inside and there were two guys behind the counter who helped me. Both were very nice and helpful.While I was in there i also noticed this store was very clean as well as their restrooms I used while there. Giving this store a BIG A PLUS for their Shell reps taking care of their customers and for the cleanliness of their store!!

Get your receipt. I had to ask multiple times for it due to cashier quoting a price if I buy 2. Repeated this 3 times due to language barrier. This guy charged me full price!!!! The costs were way too high. After a bit, he gave me the $80. Not a good situation ?

Not crowded, plenty of gas. Pumps are spread out alleviating car crowding. Cleaned the windshield, fill up and off we went in record time.

I've purchased a parking pass from this business. Which the cashier failed to write or inform me that a date had to be listed on this pass.(how was I suppose to know without being informed) I'm sure it is their job to inform customers this is very important. I've been there 2 times she not once informed me of this information. I in return received a 80.00 ticket for this mis hap for no date on my pass. Please do better at informing people, you don't know if its their first or 100th time purchasing a pass.
