My parents drove two and a half hours to go to the Corbin location and when they got there the employees were incredibly rude! They weren’t told they would need an appointment to SIGN ONE THING, and they were told that the lady had an appointment at 12 when they got there at 11:30 and was told they would need to wait and even then they didn’t know if they would able to be helped. Maybe try training your employees to be friendlier, especially if they’re in a “higher” position. Definitely won’t be back to that location!

I started my business banking needs with PNC. Enrollment was easy and the lady helping me explained everything great and answered all my questions.The only issue is I just tried to deposit a $3,500 check on the mobile app and it said that it was too big of a check that I must come to the bank.5 STARS.... If mobile deposit limits get adjusted higher and I open a Business Credit ? with them. They could possibly handle all my LLC needs!

I would not recommend PNC banking. I’ve had a account with them for 3 years and they still won’t give me my account login for online banking. They froze my social security number and won’t let me have a password or username for the online banking I’ve never set up. And when I call all they say is go and make an account they I don’t have one registered but I do and they won’t give me any information. WORSED BANK. To bank at. I wouldn’t give this place a star

I don't have bank account here but The Cimas did & they wrote me a check & PNC wouldn't cash his check bc I needed 2 forms of I.D. well I had to get it cashied in Gray ,Ky at Crossroads market. If I was the Cimas I would take my money elsewhere bc that's bad when ur bank wont cash their customers checks. I would change if it was me.

They are the best, most helpful bank in town. If they can't help you, they will be up front with it, and not keep you waiting. They have gone the extra mile, and taken my call while at another branch location in order to help me out.
