I will never take or buy another thing from Owen’s Auto Corbin Kentucky had a water pump put on when got the car back it was blowing oil onto the manifold I took it back service manager said they would fix it at their expense I wouldn’t have to pay to have the problem solved it was the mechanics issue. Then the owner would not do it wanted to charge me to fix their mistakes and the owner would never contact or call me at anytime my car set there for a week without a response I kept calling back and the service manager said he is in and out. I would not recommend or advise you to use them

We have used them several times for repairs. When I was stranded on the side of the road I called them and they came with a truck, loaded up my vehicle, and even dropped me off at home.A day later we were up and running again! Would recommend them!

My drive belt broke on the interstate and I had it towed to this location. They were already closed, but had a dropbox for the key. Was ready with a new belt by noon the next day. Went to drive it and the new belt came off. They took it right back in and put it back up on the rack. Turns out my belt tensioner was bad. They gave me the option of a a cheaper part, but it would be the next day or a slightly more expensive part and it fixed in a few hour. I drove off a couple hours later and haven't had an issues with it.They were honest with me, didn't give me the run around and are a family business.

Great service, very friendly and quick turn around. Good communication and the service department person is very upfront about costs and great with questions. I've been here a few times and not had a bad experience that was controlable.
