We were visiting the area and got a flat tire which was unrepairable and I couldn’t drive on the spare back to Michigan. I Called several places and all had to order my size. We called OK tire and they had the right size used tire. Bridgette was so helpful and kind! Chris was busy but it didn’t take long for him to get the new tire changed and back on my car and was very nice as well. We made it home on the tire and for much less then what I would have had to spend at a chain store. I highly recommend OK Tire. We were so grateful for their help and was able to finish out our vacation because of them!

They charged me 32 dollars to plug one tire I’d rather go somewhere honest to get tires or them plugged

I own a shed moving business and was within 100 yards of OK Tire shop moving a building for a lady. During the process, my tire separated from my rim on my machine. I went to the store and asked if they could come look at it right quick. I didn't have a jack or the correct tools with me to fix it. I asked if one of their techs would come down and look at it. He wouldn't come look at it at all or even offer a solution! The owners exact words were "Sounds like you're in a rock in a hard place" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give zero stars I would. Not friendly. This shop won't be open for long with this kind of poor business. DO NOT recommend doing business with them.
