Used them to fill my taxes The last 3 years for that h&r block until they messed it up and entered my income is two different amounts and got me audited so I took it to Nancy Mitchell's office to get it fixed and straightened out and two at the last three times now they've had some sort of typo first time they entered my social security number wrong got me odd day to come over for a year and a half to two years to get my taxes back then and this year I didn't get them just got off the phone with the IRS to come find out they entered my address wrong and when I asked her about it she consistent that she didn't even know the the person from the IRS said that the address was entered the wrong with my taxes was filed. Guess I want to figure out how to do it myself that way if it gets screwed up at least I'm not paying someone to screw it up

Do not use this company!!!!! They did my 2018 return that I still have not gotten back. When they downloaded my 2018 w-2 they downloaded a 2017 w-2 and sent it in. Now Tammy downloaded it , Ruth didnt catch it, and Jennifer doesnt want to talk about it. They want me to pick my file up so it's not their problem anymore. As a matter of fact I called to inquire about how to contact the IRS and I got hung up on by ruth.
