Incredibly inept staff. I've never had the displeasure of doing business with this place but they got my information from someone who apparently didn't plan on paying their bill, and despite explaining multiple times that I have zero connection to that person or this company, they continue to call me about someone else's unpaid bill. This has been going on for approximately 2 years. Obviously the account won't be rectified by continuing to call me, they know I'm not who they're looking for, yet rather than find that person some other way, they have continued calling me and it's back to every day
If you shop here, don't expect any professionalism or privacy because they will go out of their way to tell strangers your information, and if you don't shop here, you might still end up on the receiving end of that information along with ceaseless phone calls.

The best place to buy furniture. The prices and quality of furniture are better than any of the other places I had checked out. I went to get a couch and ended up buying a lot more due to the prices being really good. The salesperson we had was Brandy, and she was very helpful.

Exceptional service here. So they went above and beyond what I would have expected with making sure that I was comfortable with and happy with what I was getting. And how about that Jimmy that works there! Boy he showed up and showed out when he came out of nowhere and was like “BOOM!”, using Brady's idea, and solved a problem for my mother that he nor any of them had to do but wanted to do. I was already going to get what I was getting and they made sure that it was exactly what we needed and wanted and better than what I was getting. Thank you so much guys!!!

We were in the market for a new mattress. Stopped by here just shopping around. Ended up coming back a few days later for a mattress AND a new couch and loveseat. Lee was very easy to work with. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience buying furniture from Fitzpatrick's yesterday. It was the second purchase we've made there and we will always buy our furniture from them in the future. The service was excellent and Brandy was great to work with. She was very friendly and accommodating. My daughters also loved the treasure box with stuffed animals for kids and the fall themed photo background set up.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with Fitzpatrick’s Furniture in Corbin. Being a transplant from another state, Brandy, was one of the first people we met down here in Kentucky and she’s a blessing. She has gone above and beyond for us and does everything she can to make sure we are happy with our purchases - if something is wrong, they fix it. If something is missing, they find it. The quality of the furniture is amazing. The look is beautiful and Brandy helped us find new pieces to match our old. Never thought I’d have a “furniture lady”, but I do now. And a friend for the years to come. When you go in, ask for Brandy - she knows her stuff. And she’s super sweet too.

If you are looking for beautiful, sturdy and great quality furniture then you should definitely check out Fitzpatrick’s Furniture in London, Ky. Great selection and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Brandy Lachelle was absolutely amazing in helping me find the shelf I was looking for and I love it.. I will definitely be going back.
