I absolutely love this store! The customer service you get in this store is like no other. Each employee that works here will literally bend over backwards to help you if they can. To a extent that is because they have rules to follow and managers above them. When you go to this store they are always willing to help carry out product willing to help with anything they can to make your experience the best you'll have. Most of the time the bathrooms are clean and the store is cleaned and organized for the most part. Now to help most individuals out I'll explain a few things. When it comes to you going into any store and purchasing a product that gets damaged or anything like that they do have policy's to abide by. As well as when it comes to not getting help in a store if an employee is with a customer and your interrupting or they have a customer whom just isn't right beside them they might be waiting in a vehicle to get there stuff brought out either way sometimes it's not what it seems and sometimes being understaffed is a thing. Every employee at this store will help you the best they can so if you will please Remember to stay kind!

I have remodeled most homes to our liking and bought windows, doors, etc in excess of $100,000 at Lowes. Moving to this part of the country the Corbin Lowes is by far the worst Lowes. Nice people yes. Customer focus &$;@$ No. I don't know how many times I have seen the party time bunch while customers are just standing. My wife drive farther to London as she refuses to just stand around. I was here 2 hours one hour waiting for an appliance person. Jared, who was not appliance, was the first of about 10 employees walking around to ask can I help you. He tried. I had a list of items oven, dishwasher, dryer, external doors. After that exhausting effort I left. Please hire a manager that says to employees I better not ask a customer if they have been helped and see 5 guy charting for 15 minutes and another dusting lol. Other customers told me they been waiting too.

First off I'd like to say I'm not related to any employee or friends with anyone that works there. I've never went to this store that I've never failed to be treated excellent!! Very rarely do I go there that I'm not approached and asked if I need assistance within the first five minutes of being there. Everyone I've asked for help has went above and beyond to help me. I live over 50 miles from this store and have one closer but the customer service is why I make this my place to go. I highly recommend shopping here and plan on being a lifetime customer.

I was getting 100 paver stones today around 9:15 and the person who was getting them I was in shock that he would care less about getting them. I waited until 10 clock and called curb side assistance and guess why broken promises to come help me. I got gas and came back and called twice for a manager. Needless to say he could care less about his job which infuriated me to the point I told him I'm going to hang up before I say something and he was like okay. You mean no apologies or nothing. Told them to have it loaded tomorrow or I'm going to get a refund and I promise this if I have to load them myself the person on the other end who should have done the job will get it as well. Thanks got nothing Lowe's I'm really disappointed in you. Spoke with manager named John and he's going to talk to people who could have cared less about there job.

Occasionally I get to observe how they talk with the customer, and how through their years of experience in their field they Address the Customers Questions so knowledgeably.
