Never fully staffed, and the employees who do show up seem like they would rather not be there. The drive-through is only open sporadically.

This location never knows how to answer their phones The only time I can get them to answer is whenever I call the service desk and ask them to announce over the intercom. Pharmacy is always rude to every customer I’ve ever seen. customer service there is a complete joke. This makes Kroger look bad as a brand

These people don’t care! I waited 24 hours to get a prescription transferred and Josh at the pharmacy didn’t do it. Now because of a holiday weekend I can’t get blood pressure medication and pray I don’t have a stroke. Please avoid people that don’t care about your health and claim to be in the health care business!

I was prescribed 2 different medicines from the ER and they called them in. Kroger didn't have one in stock and apologized and said they ordered it and it would be there the following Monday (I went in on Saturday)They were very kind and helpful and I'll definitely continue using their pharmacy on falls road for any future prescriptions. Thank you guys!

Wow what a busy store. I was never at a Kroger before but it's basically a small town grocery store, but busy! The prices were a little high and I hate that you need a membership card. We went in for a sandwich on the way through town. Bought bread and meat and a drink. The place it's as convenient as a "public" grocery store known around Florida but it was okay.

Took me an hour to call in a prescription! Your new phone services are horrible and do not assist people who have trouble speaking or good phone services. I will take my business else where if the phone services don’t return to better options for services. This is an outrage for those with special needs!

Used to be one of the better pharmacies in the area, but lately have went down hill rapidly! I tried to call to inquire about a prescription and the line rang for 15 minutes the first time, and 24 minutes the second, with no one answering! If your employees can’t do their job, then find new ones! They also “ran out” of an extremely potent prescription that has severe withdrawals, and I had to wait for them to order more, or so I was told! That is unacceptable!

We do recommend krogers for alot of stuff.. But for about past 2 weeks now We have had the hardest time Trying to call in families medications No one will Answer the phones ..When you go down there in person Workers tell you They are to busy and short staff and they get a lot of upset customers over this.... If that is true hire more workers ...People need to be able to reach you by phone to get medicine called in and filled. All your customers should be important We was told by your worker A man That inside customers had to be taking care of first and his staff couldn't answer phone wow. That's sad

Everyone always listens to any concerns, and they are very quick filling prescriptions.

While I do recommend kroger I do NOT recommend grocery pickup. 3 weeks in a row I’ve gotten off work to pick my groceries up with a list of items “not in stock”. I immediately walk in the store and buy my out of stock items. When you pay $5 for pickup this is unacceptable.
