I went into this Kroger on August 20th and went to do a cash back for $150 , cashier tells be he can't bankrupt his teal even though I was charged the $3.50 cash back fee and never received the $150 cash back. was told I'd have to wait 72 hours . it sure didn't take $72 hours for them to take it off my card. I have receipt to prove it and the cashier even watch video and seen i never received the $150 cash back. this is so wrong. I will never shop at Kroger again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone that does be very careful.

We do recommend krogers for alot of stuff.. But for about past 2 weeks now We have had the hardest time Trying to call in families medications No one will Answer the phones ..When you go down there in person Workers tell you They are to busy and short staff and they get a lot of upset customers over this.... If that is true hire more workers ...People need to be able to reach you by phone to get medicine called in and filled. All your customers should be important We was told by your worker A man That inside customers had to be taking care of first and his staff couldn't answer phone wow. That's sad

Employees ignore customers. Several times I’ve been left standing at self checkout or customer service because employees were too busy talking to do their jobs. Reminds me why I started going to Walmart again.

I've been using the pick up service. I suggest you give the employees who bring the groceries out masks and gloves. For their own safety.

While I do recommend Kroger I can NOT recommend grocery pickup. I’ve done pickup since it was offered and every time have to make 2 trips for forgotten items.. but the final mistake for me was last weekend when we put our items away and saw labels where produce had been marked down for quick sale and the red tags were torn off and we were charged full price
