Son bought a camper. They were told lots of things had been upgraded and everything worked on it. Upon inspection at the lot, it looked decent. They were told after they signed the paperwork to finance, they had to wait 2 days to come back and get it because they were putting a new battery on it. So they brought it home and started noticing multiple things wrong. Cabinets broke, floor was rotten on the slide out, water pump didn’t work, etc. And the camper was now filthy. Seems like they took the 2 days to do some work on it alright. They refused to take the camper back even though the finance company advised them to do just that. They did return it and the guy called the law. It’s not a crime to bring something back!. The finance company voided the loan so they didn’t have to pay a dime. These people are not trustworthy! They sell junk campers that look all shiny on the lot. The campers are way overpriced. Stay away from them.

Bought a camper from them and Doug and staff went out of there way to assist me.I had a small issue with it and the tech came to my son in laws in McKee on a Saturday to resolve it and repair at no additional charge. I will return in future if I need another one.Thanks again

So far, we haven't heard back from them on our RV, which has been there all summer.Everyone seemed nice. They have 2 stores, 1 in KY and another in TN.I honestly think they are understaffed.

Office is on right hand side. The man answered all my questions. The battery was flat on the gas powered one I was interested in so sadly it wasn't possible to test drive. Garage repair etc is $99 an hour. They can finance also.

Purchased a camper, site unseen, to use as a permanent residence for $4k over book value. From Doug Slone at the Tenn location. I was horrified at what I saw once it was delivered. There are not enough characters available to list everything that was wrong!! Main points being no hot water, multiple water leaks, 5 large soft spots of rotted floors, gas leak, electrical problems… Doug 100% lied about 100% of everything. After a phone call to him and him still denying and lying and even saying he’s not responsible for what happens during transportation hahahah. To him threatening me will jail and vulgarly personally attacking me. Finally he agreed to pick up the camper and refund my money. 6 days of living without water or heat I paid to have the camper delivered back to him. It’s been 30 days so far since he has been in procession of the camper PLUS my money. He has ignored my multiple attempts of having my money returned. As well as my attorney, my bank and the BBB attempts. I so regret not doing my research on Doug’s violent criminal background as well as his financial disasters!! Would have saved me a lot of money and misery. I want my $8,268!!!!!

Dustin saved our $&# when we broke down on the freeway. We had just stopped by to look at his sale lot and get a small part we needed. 30 min later we had a tire blow out, and he stepped in and arranged help for us at no charge. If we ever decide to upgrade our RV, he’s our guy. Thanks, Dustin!Cheryl and Rick

Read real reviews Tennessee Toyz! People posting reviews for them paid kids! Trailers show are and we’re not even ever sold there! There trailers are highly water damaged, insurance burns, twisted frames and insurance claims from all over TN, KY and Ohio! All trailers 9900 when they paid 1-2000 for them salvaged. Trailer titles are rigged if have them! While there 3 guys demanded money back! But they cash checks minutes after getting them! Trailers sold all as is where is! Mold damage is unreal!!! People losing thousands of $$$$. One of the biggest shady businesses I’ve ever seen in my life!!! Stay clear!!!!
