“Recently purchased a vanity, shower, and toilet which was to be delivered to our house near Berea from the Corbin Lowe’s. In the meantime, another vanity that was ordered at the same time arrived at the Richmond Lowe’s and the trucking company, Estes, delivered it smashed in several places. So my husband and I went to the Corbin Lowe’s on Sunday to try and replace the special order that was damaged. We found another vanity, and Lane, Larry, and Chris worked to get that vanity into the shipment that was coming to us. Lane started off with finding the right vanity and locating my order. He called the delivery team to ensure they followed through. Larry continued with the paperwork adding it onto my Lowe’s account so I could get 24 months financing for the whole bundle, and Chris ensured the item was pulled from inventory and placed with the other delivery items. The delivery was made as promised and we love our new bathrooms. I also love the financing that Lowe’s offers. Thank you, guys!”
