I’ve had people I know personally who have used this bank for ever and it sure has been good to them tho I use a different bank I can see the proofs in the pudding!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I just wanted something simple done and it’s come back the next day for the fifth day in a row! I’ve given them ample opportunity to show good service and it just isn’t happening. This isn’t the only bad experience I’ve had. Other times, multiple times, I’ve been told I’d receive a phone call and it never happens. It’s not hard people.

Almost no issues until i tried to unlock a card over the phone went through the process and instead of it activating it locked my account and now i can't use it

Never have a loan through this bank if you can help it. Also never buy a car from Campbell Motors...theyre all lemons and they finance through CTB. Worst 5 years of my life dealing with this bank.
