Two weeks ago, I made an appointment for a hair cut and dye. I once I got here, the shop was closed, no one was there. I called a few times and no one answered. I waited 20 minutes into my scheduled appointment time and no one ever showed up. I won’t schedule here again.

Sara Mills is absolutely amazing. My daughter went to her for the first time and we absolutely love the color and cut she did. Very laid back atmosphere and super great stylist. 5 STARS

I took my granddaughter there and let me tell you, Sarah Swafford is the bomb. Would highly recommend her for all your hair needs. Very nice and professional!!!

Looks like she put a bowl over the top of my head and turned the rest a brassy blonde with some white patches though out that. She posted a picture of it after and edited the hell out of it. My hair is extremely fried! She complained of her husband the whole time along with kids running back and forth, so obvi didn't pay much attention to what she was doing. Ive went to a different salon and got olaplex along with paying to get it fixed as soon as its healthier. Ive never had someone mess my hair up, I was so upset I just paid and left. $105 down the drain.

Would not give 1 star but I waited a year after surgery to get hair done. I told hairdresser wanted highlights lighter blonde then had she made me pay $300 up front then my hair was cut wrong and gray. She ran out back door when I was mad about it. They kept 130$ of my money after ruining my hair. Offered to fix at 3 pm today but just called me and said they wouldn't do it or pay me back after ruining hair. So you pay up front to get hair ruined plus get insulted for medical conditions. So go at on risk. The owner condones her employees to do you this way and doesn't make good on offer.

Went in for a haircut and the stylist asked if I had a bed bug on me. I came from work but I definitely didn't have bugs on me. I left without a haircut. Very bad service here.

The BEST place with the BEST people. Living from Florida to now Kentucky I needed to find someone new to do my hair. Sara is the BEST. She is professional, SO sweet, and makes you feel so welcomed. The Color Room is the only place I will go to because I know my hair will always look amazing!

I don’t recommend Stephanie.I was so relieved to get a last minute appointment, but I soon realized why she had it open when my usual lady didn’t.The hair style I wanted, and hairstyle I got were very different. Paid 105 dollars to get something not at all like what I wanted. I now have brown and silver hair. I originally came out looking like rogue from X-men. I asked for the money piece in the front like the girl in the photo. Which would’ve looked find if my hair had been mostly blonde like in the photo.It’s not horrible, but when you ask for something it should at least resemble the hair you ask for. She offered to fix it after being rude, and when I asked her on fb which she told me to message her on if I could do it on a Saturday she was very negative... saying anything she does she feels I’m not gonna be happy with. Made me uncomfortable to go back. Since highlights can fry your hair if someone does them wrong. They sat and talked about clients the whole time I was there. Needless to say I don’t recommend them. They were fun to talk too, but Stephanie definitely did what she wanted. Not what I wanted. Very disappointed in how it all was, and I was visibly upset with it... nothing is going to be done. Going to have it fixed for another 100 dollars... so I suppose this is a 205 dollar hairdo now...
