They were bugs still in my grill. The hood was not rinsed off. Their hose would not reach so they wiped the soap off with a towel. Has to be the sorriest truck wash I have ever got from a blue beacon. Will not be back to this one. If I could rate a zero I would...

These guys, above and beyond. Excellent courtesy, form handshake and a thank you, even cleaned my wheels for free when I just got a washout. Been to 100s of blues across the states, these guys are the absolute best. Appreciate you guys thank you!

Very bad unprofessional workers. They can't clean up trucks and trailers just wasted my time and money. They need to go to clean the restroom. I will not recommended to come this truck wash 100% unprofessional all workers.

Just left this Blue Beacon here in Corbin and told them from the beginning before pulling in that last was was terrible and missed alot of spots and wanted a good job this time and young man said ok, we got you!! Had to wash my truck 2 times and still missed spots everywhere! This Blue Beacon is by far the worst one of all of them across the country! They need to close there doors! Them guys do not even pay attention to what there washing! REDICULUS! Will not come back again for a 3rd chance!

Quick service but not good . I had the truck and trailer wash . They missed so much ! Fuel tanks dirty and front of trailer skipped. It's my fault for not completely inspected it before I left, tho .
