I waited at a register for 25 mins for an associate to finally make to me, only to have her complain about having to go into the back & pick up my online purchase. Then when i came back to ask a price question about a different pair of shoes she said it was time for her break and i was sent over to the other line where i waited for 15 minutes and when it was my turn, finally, a lady came straight up the register and ask about getting a pair of nikes, and the associate just walked away with her. I ended up leaving the shoes.
