Will not shop will them again due to the fact I went in to Christmas shop on 12/02 The older lady watches you like a hawk and makes you feel very uncomfortable. I understand people steal, but get a better system than eyeballing from 5 feet away! Anyways the shoes I bought the guy asked if I would like them wrapped, I answered yes. He said would you like the receipt in the box. I said yes. NEVER once did he make me aware of what their Christmas return policy was. Which to me is very deceitful. Customers need to know that it is exchange only or store credit. It actually would have changed my mind about purchasing. Anyways shoes were too small for my son. I took them in today to exchange, but they didn’t have them in stock. That’s when I was told about the Christmas return policy NO REFUNDS!! That’s very poor business in my book. I hope your doors shut permanently!! This shows you are only worried about the money and not the customer!! Shame on you!!

Expensive and Will NOT shop there now due to their return policy. NO REFUNDS even for Christmas if it doesn’t fit you are given STORE CREDIT!!!!! Or if the Karen doesn’t like the shoe, boots or what ever your purchased .. Yiur out of luck !!! No way to do business !!!!

i had the sweetest cashier today! i didn’t catch her name but she is an older lady! she was so helpful and had great customer service. i’ll bring my service back to this store just to have another conversation with her. she definitely deserves a raise!

I felt like I was in the movie Pretty Woman. I was looking for a certain style. The associate literally hovered over me about 5 feet away. She made me feel like she thought I was a thief or not a serious patron. When I found the style I was looking for she said they were too expensive and did no offering of ordering. I went to a competitor store, they were very helpful, ordered the ones I wanted and I bought two additional pair in store. I felt like making the statement “big mistake, huge!” But it was only $500. I probably won’t come back.
