I was in the middle of a several hundred mile drive this morning and in an unfamiliar city when an alert light came on my dashboard instructing me to immediately replace the battery in my key fob. Luckily, I spotted an AutoZone. I was nervous but Jeffrey took AMAZING care of me, replaced the battery, and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes! Kudos and mega thanks to Jeffrey and the rest of the kind and respectful crew at AutoZone!!

Gotta say this place is great. Respectful staff. Quick to help. Had a dead battery. Was taken care of promptly and had a tested old battery and a new replacement within a few minutes. Gave me several different options that could fit my needs. I know this is a provided service to put the new battery in for the customer. However to have a good attitude and went the extra mile to clean the battery terminals is amazing. I can't recall the name but the staff member with suspenders sorry to call you out that way but I appreciate the job you did and felt like I should give a review. Keep up the awesome job.

I can’t express how much we appreciated the treatment we received at store #4562! We were stranded on road away from home. The friendly employees scanned our engine for the problem code without a charge, gave us the printout with the price of the part that was needed. They recommended a service provider and treated us with kindness while we waited for a tow truck! Thank you, 4562!

I recetntly visited must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their overall service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire shopping experience, and I was pleased with the level of professionalism they displayed.Not only did they assist me in finding the items on my shopping list, but they also went above and beyond to recommend alternative products that worked just as well. I could tell that the employees were knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making my shopping experience as pleasant as possible.In addition, the store was clean and well-organized, which made it easy to navigate the stock in the parts place.

I have shopped here for years and recently became a employee, everyone is very helpful and friendly and the store usually always has what you need or can order and receive it within two to three days, all in all it is my preferred parts store because the prices are usually lower and they provide military and other discounts if you qualify.
