“We were caught in an unforeseen mediocre crisis on our first road trip with our new-to-us class C RV when we had a flat tire on the freeway well out of state with our three young kids in the 90 degree plus heat. We called ERS and several auto shops without luck or availability same day. We carefully pulled off the freeway and stumbled upon Bryant's. The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help us out right away despite obviously working on several other jobs. They did thoughtful problem solving on the spot and found us two new tires (of equal age and thread) so we could use the one we had on the same side as a spare. They were able to get us all set and back on the road feeling comfortable in a very short amount of time without charging us outlandish labor fees (which they could have). We would absolutely recommend this wonderful business for your auto needs!”

“These guys were super fantastic! Broke down out of state and went here on a recommendation from a tow driver. They were able to diagnose my car the same day and allowed me to make a decision. I was under the impression that they would be able to fix my car- this was a possible misunderstanding, but was given every indication they could and would do the job. I called the next day and was told they would not be able to do it because they didn’t have the time, but could do a more expensive job for me if I chose to go that route.
I was quite peeved at the yes then no communication, but would definitely recommend these guys!”

“Driving from Middletown ohio to my grandsons wedding in Tennessee our car broke down a mike north of Williamsburg Ky. The police department gave me the number of their local towing service, Bolton’s. Called and were told about two hours, Chris, the driver showed up about 1 1/2 hours later, after towing two other vehicles that broke down in the same jam we were in. Towed us to Rolands service, who he highly recommended. After dropping off our car he offered to take my wife and myself to the Hampton hotel to spend the night since our car couldn’t be repaired, but got an emergency call fir a bad accident on 75. Gave us the cab company number and left. He was a wonderful and very helpful man and couldn’t have bern nicer. A credit to those he works for. Michal J Chupka Sr. Middletown Ohio”

“Took my car here last month to get the AC fixed. They got it fixed for me and communicated through the whole process. A month later the AC stopped working so I took it back in and they fixed the part at no charge to me. Very honest and professional people. I will continue taking my car here for any repair needs.”
“I have used these guys many times and I can't think of a bad experience with them. Usually decently quick and I everything I have had them rebuild has work as it should when I got it back with no problems. Also there price point is right, I would say the MAJORITY of the time they can rebuild most things for less then the parts house sell re-man replacement.”

I tend to feel better that my chevy is in the hands of those experienced with chevys. Not everyone is experienced with cars and what it takes to keep them running. If this is the case, this place it great for explaining it.”

“Great company! I am very thankful for the driver who helped me this past Saturday as I was on my way from Georgia to Ohio and hit a pothole. Of course my tire burst in the most inconvenient location ever. No tire shop in sight for miles, and not able to get to my spare. I didn't catch my driver's name, but believe it was Aaron. I do believe he was angel sent to help me. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. They don't make many ppl like him anymore. Definitely a blessing in disguise”

“Bobby was really terrific. I pulled into the repair center just before closing with a broken spring on my Rv. He could not find a part since everything was closing. He directed me to a KOA about 20 minutes away. The next morning he called me early and said that he had located a spring. He had me back on the road shortly after lunchtime and very fair price. Would definitely recommend this place.”
“Every person working in the Auto department were great! I am a disabled woman in her middle 60’s and from out of state and needed a oil and filter change ASAP and at the time they didn’t know how important it was for me to have it done until they got me in! They were all so friendly and helpful and waisted no time to provide me service. My last oil change was in Louisiana and after that I drove from Louisiana to Lancaster PA to Pittsburgh PA through the state of WV to Southern VA and then to Corbin KY. I am so grateful for the people who work in the automotive department for such amazing service”
