Before going there, I asked if they had the battery for an apple phone. He said yes. I paid 65.00 for the installation and battery. When I picked it up, there was an alert on my phone saying it had an unknown part. I asked what that was about. He said that would go away in a few days. It didn’t. I called Apple and they said he installed something that isn’t an Apple battery, so the alert will never go away and my phone can’t track the battery health. I called him back and he said he would install a real Apple battery, keep the battery he installed, but charge me an additional 40.00. This place is an absolute rip off. Why should I have to pay anything when I have to buy a real battery now, plus he’s getting the fake battery back?? Shady people. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

GO ELSEWHERE FOR REPAIR!!!!
Caused more problems than were repaired.
I waited a month for a screen replacement for a otherwise new phone that I had had for only 6 weeks. It worked perfectly like the brand new phone that it was before the screen replacement. It only had a small crack in one corner. I discovered at the first use after picking up the phone that it had been damaged during the screen replacement. I had no notification sound and I could barely hear the phone ring on highest level of volume. I was told it would be repaired under the 90 day warranty. It took another month to get a speaker put in. It still wasn't repaired and now the back plate was damaged. I was told that it also would be replaced and the volume issue would be taken care of under the warranty. I was given the run around until the warranty expired. I was told a different excuse each time I called for an update on parts...order hasn't arrived, can't locate parts online, etc. I ended up with an $850 phone that I can't hear ring or hear notifications for texts etc. that I am still paying payments on through my carrier. I wish I had just put a screen protector on it and not let this business touch it.

I met Charles here with an iPhone that didn’t charge and was unresponsive to touch. Within about half an hour I left a very happy customer with my phone looking new! I could not recommend this place more, especially Charles. He goes above and beyond for his customers!!

I took my husbands phone On October 12th The man told me that he would call me the next day when the tool got there to diagnose what was going on with it have yet to have heard a response almost a month and a half later never can get anyone to answer on top of that when my husband went in the next day to go pick up the phone the man tried to get him to pay for what I had already paid for again at this point I'm just pissed off and I would love to have my phone back but you can't get a hold of them because they don't answer their phones and also they keep the door locked/or closed during their so-called business hours 1000% do not recommend this place I've been trying to get a hold of them since I drop the phone off!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also if I could leave this is at zero stars I 100% would!

For starters the place is very hard to reach and it never seems like the guy there is happy you called him. I called on a Wednesday to get my phone fixed and was told that a part would be overnighted so that way i could come in and get it fixed the next day, i call the next day to find out it wasn't actually overnighted because the new screen that was ordered was nowhere close to being at the store. I ended up having to wait til Tuesday of the following week. That's not even the worst part, i finally get my phone fixed with a new screen and shortly after i get a phone call and my front speaker doesn't work and so now i have to use headphones or be on speaker when i want to make a call. I would never recommend this place to a friend and am going to try to get my money back.

First, I had an appointment at 9am which they were late to show up to work. Second after observing my phone issues they charged me $400 up front to replace glass on my front and back of phone (which I was ok to pay), but they never gave me the impression that there could be more charges. I told them my speaker was not working before I ever payed. They replaced the glass but then did not repair the speaker and also messed up my camera that was working. Now neither of my cameras work and they want more money to fix issues they caused plus they did not even fix one of the main issues I had. When I went to pick up my phone that was not completely fixed they were a smart Alec and told me to have a good day and laughed in my face as I turned to walk out. I would stay as far away from this place as possible. They are a joke!!! Wish I had never payed up front for horrible service and customer support!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Starting out my service was awful. No other words for it. I left my laptop that I use for college there and I was supposed to get a call on pricing. Well I waited and a week went by and no call. I called them and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up and called again the next day. Same thing. So after a few weeks I went to pick it up and they were closed during business hours. Now for the reason to give them 5 stars. I went in today and they were open. I find a Male working and ask him about my laptop demanding that I have it back since they would not fix it. He tells me how they've had issues lately, and they fired everyone there. Now they only have two people working. I said I still wanted to take it back and have someplace else fix it because of how long it took to get it. He asks if I knew about the $30 charge for them looking at it and I said no. Then he waives the fee for me because of all the trouble. So if you've had issues with them I think they deserve another chance to prove them self's.

I wish the business hours on the tech guys website actually reflected when they were open. I am in the parking lot at 10:16 am and there are still closed. According to the Website the are supposed to be open at 9:00am.

Total scam artists. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE! Horrible service is one thing, but theft is quite another. About 4 months ago I took in a Samsung Galaxy S8+ for a screen replacement. The quote sounded fair so I left my device with them. I was told to call back by Friday if nobody had called me by then. So I call and the girl tells me that what I paid was not enough because somebody misquoted the price on the Galaxy S7 Edge. Uh, I don't have an S7 Edge I explained; my device is the S8+. She puts me on hold and I can hear quarreling in the background. After 10 minutes or so, she remained undaunted that my device was the S7 Edge and the price would be nearly double what I already paid because the touch screen digitizer would need replaced as well as the LCD display. After another ten minutes of arguing with the lady -- to no avail by the way -- I hung up the phone and went straight to the store. I demanded a refund and the return of my S8+. Not only did I not get a refund, I was returned a Galaxy S7 Edge that was not mine. It was also password locked and Google locked so I could not get into the phone to find the rightful owner. So I lost a $500 S8+ and $110 I gave these crooks. When I told the owner what had happened (some a-hole named Thad) he asked to see my receipt (which is supposed to list your device name & serial #). I never got a receipt in the first place. Without a receipt, he curtly explained, it was simply my word against theirs. That's okay though. I will post so many negative reviews, it will be my mission that nobody uses that store.
