I’m going to miss this place!! My husband and I stayed here with our newborn for a week during our adoption as we waited for things to be finalized. We are finding a place in KY closer to our home in TN for the remainder of the process. While I’m excited to be closer to home, part of me is sad to leave this place. All of the staff from kitchen to front desk to housekeeping have been so friendly and helpful. The beds slept great, the full breakfast was always fresh, and the price is reasonable. Other things we were excited about was a shower that worked great, comfy chairs, and a TV with enough channels to keep us entertained. Not to mention, they are super close to fast food and Walmart which has also been great for us. Needless to say, if I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

I haven't lived in the area for almost 30 years and every time I visit, I always stay with family but wanted a place to be able to decompress from, well life, and took a suggestion from my parents to stay here. Was a little apprehensive about it, but have had nothing but a good experience.I have a standard King room, there is a microwave, mini fridge, desk, iron and Ironing board, phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee maker and ice bucket in-room. The TV has 2 hdmi and 1 usb port if you wanted to connect anything. They also make it very easy to log into your personal Netflix account and it will eventually log you out so you know it won't be continuously used later if you forget. Each bedside lamp has a power outlet. There are no USB connects on them, so you'll still need a box, but charging is quite accessible. There are no signs of bedbugs or any other pest issues and I'm always weird about temps because I like a room at around 68F and.... that's actually what it was set to before I even showed up.There is an indoor pool, gym, outdoor grill, laundry room and computer station with printer available on premises. You're within walking distance of fast food, Hooligan burger, walmart, and just across the main road, you've got a dollar tree (for anything you may have forgotten, like my toothbrush), a steak house, and medical clinic, (lord forbid you need it).I've read other reviews and saw complaints about cleanliness and although that wasn't my immediate experience, there are some spots on the carpet in front of the fridge. I honestly didn't even notice them until I went to take pics of the room and they showed up on the camera, though. There is shampoo, conditioner and lotions available in the bathroom in squeezable containers which, as someone with very thick hair, was a good thing as the tiny little bottles you normally find are never enough. There are no bath robes, but I brought my own anyway so wasn't a big deal.Breakfast. Y'all, seriously. I have rarely ever been awake and moving enough for breakfast because I am used to a 2nd shift schedule and waking up early for some cereal isn't worth it. But this place advertises and delivers on some breakfast. I'm only sad that they offer so much that 3-4 days stay isn't enough for me to get through it all. It has some standard items, but every day varies a small amount and I've been setting an alarm to go down every day even if I have to bring it back to my room and finish it later. Every day, you have biscuits and gravy, bagels, danishes, pancakes, waffles, fruits and cereal and the rest changes up. One day it's fried eggs, the next scrambled. One day it's sausages, the next bacon, but there's always plenty and you should absolutely go down and get you some.I grew up a 1/2 mile away from here and I want to dislike it so badly because the growth of this area is cutting into the beautiful area I grew up with, but I just can't because it's been a great stay. For rates, I can see folks thinking it's too expensive but as someone who has traveled extensively, even internationally, the rates are pretty standard. If I was forced to come up with a complaint, it would be a stretch, but I'd have to say that the amount of business doesn't warrant having multiple employees on the front desk 24/7. I wanted to extend my stay by an extra day and I showed up right as the employee had walked away to the bathroom. So I had to wait a couple of minutes for her rerurn. The other employees were so apologetic and even followed the employee into the bathroom to tell her to hurry up which I felt bad about. The extension was no problem and they were clear about the rate and processed it very quickly. Cheryl and Tody were wonderful although I didn't catch the names of the other employees I interacted with and I'm only sorry about that because I can't call them out by name. If you're looking for 5 star, no issues, middle of a big city type accommodations, maybe you won

Very friendly staff! Great location! Appears to be fairly new but based on the maintenance of continues like it has been it will/could go down hill quickly. Room overall was clean- spots on the carpet, the desk chair was weirdly dirty- not sure if it was glitter or what, spots on the carpet in areas- see pics. Maintenance could easily once a month do spot checks in rooms to clean spots on carpet, replace light bulbs like the one that was out in the restroom and recaulk so there is not mold showing in the tub area. A little maintenance goes a long way. Preventative saves so much. The housekeeping staff did not leave extra toilet paper and very little toilet paper on the roll. I ran out which should not happen. They did have great rates and I would stay here again. We all have things we can do to improve so just offering suggestions.

Staff is so friendly here. Usually you can tell how clean a hotel is by its elevator. It was always spotless. There is a patio with umbrellas in a gated area out back and we enjoyed sitting outside. Front desk was great. Will definitely use again if in that area.Walkability: There are restaurants in easy walking distance.

We unfortunately had to come to Columbia due to a death in our family. We had a lot of family staying at the Sleep Inn over 2-7 days. The manager Stephanie was AMAZING!!! She was extremely accommodating. The room was very clean!!! And trust me, I'm picky. I was impressed. Breakfast is great!! I would definitely stay again. Thanks Stephanie and staff for such an easy and stress free experience
