I stopped in because my car started vibrating really bad. They checked it out good, even drove it up the road and didn't charge me a dime. Really nice guy he couldn't fix it for me but he recommended someone who could.

Great folks!! They got back on the road to Atlanta. Solve problem and I was pleased with price and actually they didn't charge me enough in my opinion. We don't get this kind of service in Atlanta.

Great people to work with, took my car there and they spent several hours to find the problem but couldn’t, but didn’t charge me for it either.

Kellie and the guys at J and K auto are life savers. Without much research I bought a 2013 Dodge Avenger from Dons Auto out of Harrodsburg KY. Within only a few months of driving the engine went completely out. I had my car towed to an auto place where after a month and a half they hadn't even took the time to look at it. I then had it towed to J and K auto where within a week Kellie worked with my warranty company, got me another engine, and had it put in. Unfortunately, the second engine my warrant company sent was faulty and within a month it to went completely out.. Once again I had it towed to J and K auto where Kellie quickly contacted my warranty company and quickly had me a second engine put in. If it wasn't for Kellie and the guys at J and K auto I don't know what I would have done over the past couple of months. They are all amazing and I would't recomend anyone else.....They are the best and I am so greatful for all of them.....

Dont waste your time or Money,Guy that runs the place "kelly" gave us two different dates when he would look at our vehicle. Both came and went. Two things in this world I wont tolerate, a thief, and a liar. This guy lied not once but twice. I gave him a second chance because I realize things happen, but at least have the courtesy of a phone call to explain. Had to make yet another trip to pick up vehicle as they had it blocked in. 4 trips to this place each 30 min for nothing.
