We just purchased a car from here Saturday, & it was by far the best experience we’ve had with Don Franklin! We’ve been doing business with Don Franklin for a while now. This was actually our 3rd car we have purchased with Don Franklin. Don’t get me wrong we’ve never had a bad experience with any Don Franklin but this one was by far the most welcoming one & helpful! Any worker we came in contact with was just AWESOME!!! It was actually like we were doing business with people we’ve known forever! We were the salesman’s first customers & we would have never guessed it! He was so helpful & so nice! When it came down to time to sign the paperwork, his team or coworkers was right there to help. It was all around a great experience! 10/10 recommend this dealership!!!
& We also learned service is open until 12 on Saturdays, which is awesome!!

I just want to rant for a minute.
We will NEVER buy another ford from Don Franklin again, at least one that has to be serviced at Ford in Columbia. We bought Cody’s car last year, and it came with a warranty. It had a quite a few problems with it from the beginning, and it has been took to Columbia ford to be serviced everytime. Everytime we take it there and explain what is going on, they say it has been fixed but they don’t fix all of it, which causes us to have to go back time and time again.
We took it last month, and they had to order more parts for it, which is understandable. We never heard from them, so last week I called and magically they came in the day I called so we scheduled an appointment for today. Get there today and they have no idea what is going on, and can’t find the parts that I called about last week that they said was there!
Then tell us that they can not fix his car, cause they had to reorder his parts that we have waited over a month for. ?
I’m so fustrated with this, I understand it takes time to get parts and whatever, but don’t tell me you have the parts when I call and then when I get there to get it fixed you don’t know what I’m talking about. And I wouldn’t be so mad if we haven’t had so many problems out of them. They need to get organized better or something.

My truck was taken back on or before my appointment time. The work was performed in a timely fashion. The reason for the 3 star rating is they tried to charge me more than advertised price for services rendered, I luckily had email saved with the offer sent by dealership. Staff was friendly and rectified the mistake, but this isn't the first issue I've had to resolve with them. Would recommend that staff be more knowledgeable of current sales promotions available. Looking forward to next visit to be able to give a 5 star rating.
