Went into drop a package off for UPS and I went to the back and asked where to do it. They were nice and told me up front. I told them nobody was up front. They called for help and the lady yelled. "I was just up front". Apparently I walked past her with a package and she said nothing. I replied. "I was just up front too" smiling trying to be nice. She looked at me with distain. She took the package put it on the shelf ups and walked away. I said thank-you. Whoever that was had gray/black hair with glasses was not nice at all. I won't be back. 4/4/24

The pharmacist is amazing. I wasn’t getting any help with my little boy from his pediatrician about his meds so I. Brought him in and asked the pharmacist questions. She answered everything and was so glad to do so. Thank you so much!

I'm not very interested in CVS. I think they are high. I have the flex card and got my stuff went to check out and they said I would have to call customer service before I could purchase anything. That was very annoying.

you can not get through to them on their long recording that just keeps running you into circles and then if you finally get an answer they hang up on you when you know they hear you. They also do not even fill the right prescriptions with the correct Doctors name on it and will fill two of the same medications at the same time when there is supposed to be only one. They are not doing what they need to be doing correctly and going to end up killing someone one day by putting the wrong meds in the bottle it doesn't even belong in yes I've had that happen also.

Pretty disappointed honestly..I went through their drive thru thinking that would be my quickest bet. The pharmacy tech told us it would be one moment. We watched as she laughed and played with another associate..Seven minutes later she came to the window. Just geeze...Really guys? Thinking about switching pharmacies. Customers don't seem very important there anymore.
