“On the drive home, something caused my tire to go flat. Knowing my size tires is near impossible to find, I was worried. I called Hancock Tires and spoke to Alex. He advised me that he didn't have my size in atock, could get one the next day, however. He took my number and told ke he would keep looking, gave me suggestions on other places to call. He called me back in 5 minutes to tell me he had 1 tire my size in stock! Someone ordered it and never came to pick it up. When I told him I had no idea how to get there since my tire was flat, he sent one of his guys to pick up my tire, go back and put it on the rim and bring it back to me. Put it back on for me. Alex and Hancock Tire were an absolute life saver! Thank you all for being amazing!”
