30 min late and told me that I should've reminded her of appt. time. Went to get hair and make-up done for renewing wedding vows. She did half make-up (no bottom eye mascara or eye liner, no powder, no blush, and no bronzer). mentioned twice that wanted hair put up and she decided looked better down.
