First-time at Vivid Nails today. Love my pedicure and Amy too! She is so super friendly it feels like she's a friend. She did my mother's SNS and helped her fix her toenail. Highly recommend! What a hard worker!

Any does great work I've been going to her for sixteen years now I do believe and I have never been disappointed with any of the work she has ever done for me and my nails always look great and I get the acrylic because I'm a nail biter

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I had a terrible experience at Vivid Nails. Even though I made an appointment ahead of time, there were three other customers there when I got there. She had me soak my nails for at least 20 minutes until my fingers turned white. She then quicky painted my nails sloppily with gel while another person was at her station too. I was charged $30 and now just a little over a week later, my nail polish is chipping. I know they are short staffed, but it wasn't right to be charged full price for quick service.

This is how my pedicure went, sat down massage chair didn't work, no spa going in the foot tub. It was just filled with warm water. Took off previous polish, trimmed nails, scrubbed heels with brush, then painted toes. No foot/leg massage, oils or lotions very few color to choose from. This pedicure cost me 55.00 and was not worth it. How can you charge something this price when all you pretty much did was took some old polish off and slap some new polish on. This is something I could've done at home.
I will not be returning. Save your money and go to lovely nails in cold spring they are welcoming and actually take the time on your feet.
