If you haven't been to smoke shop where they treat you like family, call you by name and know your order. You haven't been to VIP smoke shop in Highland Heights. Best smoke shope in the area hands down. KHALID AND HIS STAFF ARE ? THE BEST........ THEY BEST IN MY KHALID voice!!! ❤️❤️

By far the best vape shop In NKY. Everytime I walk through the door, they know exactly what I want without me asking. I had mentioned that one of my vapes died within a couple hours and he replaced it (again without asking). Officially my “go to” smoke shop! 10/10 recommend

By far the best vape store in the tri-state area. They go above and beyond to make their clientele happy. For example I was given the wrong juice and I paid no attention and opened it and filled my tank with it. I brought it up to the owner just as conversation and he swapped it out with the correct juice. I didn't even have the juice on me but he allowed me to go get it and bring it back. No other store on Earth would do something like that. People like that deserve loyalty. They prove it's not all about the money. Highly recommend this place!!
