DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR MONEY PLEASE. LONG STORY SHORT late last year took Father in law for a new phone, asked for galaxy sales man ABDULAZIZ came back and said they were out of Galaxy's but he'd sell us an moto edge for the same promo it had more storage so it was a good deal he said. Fast forward a few months FIL continually having problems with phone so I traded him for a day and quickly realized it was a used phone that had been returned it still had the previous owners home and work network saved I was VERY UPSET $700 DOLLAR USED BROKE PHONE! Got a hold of Verizon and was told it's been more than 90 days so I can't return it! I said I think the 90 day contract should be void seeing how THEY LIED TO ME AND SOLD ME A JUNK USED PHONE AS NEW!!! Verizon is still looking into it month later so ALL I CAN SAY IS PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY GO ANYWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE PLEASE!

I have came into the Cold Spring store multiple times too get help with my phone and purchase new phones. My previous phone was not operating correctly and the store reps helped me get my new phone in and set up properly. I would highly recommend this store.

So my 10yr shattered her phone to the point of no return! I hated the thought of going to Verizon and spending a bunch of money when I just lost my job. But I hate to bite the bullet! Logan cox was the guy who created me at the door and turned my day around! He helped me on a cheap phone that was a buy out on the cracked one. He also made sure that the phone had a better case and a new screen protector! Plus made sure I had insurance on both phones this time..on top of that he also lowered my bill a few bucks! Thank you for turning my day around Logan! I'll be back for the next phone!

My wife needed a new phone. Her phone was very old. The service at the Verizon Alexandria was excellent. They worked with you and there was no pressure. Very knowledgeable about all the products.Great job!

Josh was incredible when we upgraded our phones to the 15 pro max. He sat there with us for well over an hour and a half dealing with issues that we caused. Could not say enough about how patient he was with us. Definitely will not be ordering my new phone online again and instead will be looking forward to ordering the next one through him! I’d like to give Bradley at the Cold Spring store these 5 stars. I had an issue, not with my phone or Verizon, but with needing to show proof of ownership of my phone number to a place that probably has not updated their system in years. Bradley spent almost a full hour waiting with me while we were put on hold numerous times while trying to get my phone number established as mine. It is with tremendous appreciation to Bradley for giving me all the necessary help needed. Please ask for Bradley if going to the Cold Spring Verizon store.

Customer service was great, but the comfortability of the store was horrendous, they make their employees sit in chairs without backs for their entire shifts and their customers endure the same pain. Ridiculous!
