Excellent staff across the board! I was late and the team was patient with me and accommodated.
The eye doctor wasn’t pushy, was kind and provided helpful new medical info.
Every single person on the team said good-bye on the way out. Wonderful experience!

Very incompetent group of people at this location. First they gave me the wrong prescription, then they overcharged me for my co-pay. The receptionist was clueless about everything. She mis-typed my insurance number and called me several times for the correct number. The doctor was a joke. A total bunch of clowns! How do these people even find their way to work. Never again!

I didn't want to have to post this. I love the staff and the Dr's there. But I had an appointment with them today at 10am. I didn't find this out til this morning that this location is closed. So now I have to wait until the 9th of August for my appointment. You guys shouldn't have times available for customers and turn around and have the locations closed. That's embarrassing!!

Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Doctor explained everything to me in detail and provided me with all the necessary information. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the next steps. The staff also helped me pick out my frames without any pressure and provided me with all my paperwork (my eye glass prescription, ways to increase my eye health, a itemized bill of the visit, and my receipt) which I have never had before from previous eye doctors. Doctor even let me take a photo of the graph just because I wanted to have that information. Highly recommend Pearle Vision!
