Mike and Tina at the cold spring office, took time to help me face the negative fears that I had throughout my life about hearing aids They have always there for me to answers any questions weather I had an apartment or not.

I just want to thank Mike and Tina for the great work they perform each and every day at Miracle Ear in Cold Springs, Kentucky.I have been with Miracle Ear at least 18 years first at Erlanger, Kentucky with Guy and Michelle, Guy broke in Mike before retiring.Mike and Tina work at the Cold Springs office.Mike is outstanding in his work and so is Tina. God bless the both of them I would not go anywhere else with people like this. They are a great asset to Miracle Ear.I love the both of them❤️??

Today like always was very pleasant visit to the office. Tina cleaned my hearing aids. I wanted to get the app back on my phone. Mike pointed out that I longer had an iphone. :( sad about that, for I loved using the miracle ear app. Got a call and returned back to the office and Mike made some changes and put the Miracle Ear app on my cell phone. Thank you!!!!

If there is a problem with the hearing aids they keep returning them saying there fixed and there not. Mine has been having problems from day one and I'm still fighting with them to get them correct.

I have had my hearing aids now for a year. I have not had any problems with them. The consultant who worked on my hearing was very informative on so many things about the Aids. I Love all the products that gives you a better chance at hearing and takes care of each patients individual needs. One of the things I Really love is the affordable insurance on the Aids plus the free office visits and repairs that I see going through the office everyday. I recommend Miracle Ear to all my friends and family.

Michael’s expertise is matched by his honesty. His integrity is without question. We were told by another Miracle Ear franchise that my Dad’s hearing aids could NOT be programmed for my Mom’s hearing loss after he passed away from this life. This “determination” was made without examining her hearing loss and/or looking at the specs of the BTE hearing aids purchased 3 years ago at Miracle Ear. Well, that was a lie and Michael was not just helpful. He reprogrammed and refit them for Mom’s needs and she could not be any more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Michael; he will go the extra mile to take care of the needs of his clients.

I always feel welcome when I visit. The receptionist gives a friendly smile and greeting and makes sure you are comfortable while you wait for Mike. In addition to cleaning, fine tuning my hearing aids and checking my ears, Mike always makes time for a friendly conversation.
