“I went to the corporate store in Hyde park. THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND 13 years and I’m just now hearing about this place. They have a great selection of shoes and their prices are NOT HIGHWAY ROBBERY LIKE OTHER STORES!!! THE TWO EMPLOYEES WERE SO HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL‼️‼️ they said they rotate shoes every week or so…with that being said I will def be going back!!! Bought two pairs of shoes and a hat for around 350!!! Don’t walk RUN!!!!”

“THANK YOU SARAH I do not take the time to leave reviews for businesses -be it good reviews or not so good ones. My reason for that is due to everyone having an opinion. To me a good review isn't anything really necessary because employees should be helpful to patrons anyway. It is part of their job. I also think that bad reviews aren't necessary either- due to people by nature being picky and more often then not don't really have anything good to say.I have been the consumer in an equation and also a employee on the receiving end of a review. So I reserve the right to say " CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT" . They think they are, which is why they write reviews. But nobody really cares that much about an over privileged patron having a temper tantrum and seeing fit to take it out on someone else in their negative review. On to my review... I was in this particular business on 2 separate occasions and both times was helped by the same sales associate. This lady was very out of the ordinary with her service which is what made me go back. If I can give someone 10 stars on service it would be Sarah. I chose to leave this review because it was amazing and wow service. Which in my opinion is the only review that counts.Sarah was so helpful in every way.From her warm smile,to her product knowledge and eagerness to genuinely help. Some key points I noticed in her service were 2 things that stood out and not commen for a business to have. 1) Someone on the floor visible and available to help. Hate looking for employees when im in a store. 2) Her actual desire to be of service.Truthfully it made me curious to how long she had worked there to have that kind of expertise coupled with the good energy to care to help. When I found out she had been there for 5 years I was real surprised. Her zest for the job and vibrant demeanor was not something you find in employees that have kept a job for 5 years. People usually get lethargic and comfortable when they have been on a job that long. Not sarah. Thank you for all your help in finding my tailored shirt.I know this is a long review. But you so deserve to be acknowledged Thank you Sarah. I will definitely return because of you.”
