Drove 30 minutes to this location for dry ice as the website said in stock in store. Just to be told by the apathetic employee that “you should take the website with a grain of salt”
That was my first and last time ever stepping into a Meijer. Awful customer service

This Meijer is a flat out joke. The inventory on their website displayed that they had the Xbox Series S in stock and for more clarification I called the store ahead of time to confirm to be told “They will not confirm with me over the phone but that I rather have to come into the store” (What kind of rule is that??). I am from Ohio and had to drive an hour over to Kentucky to show up and there is absolutely no Xbox’s left. The inventory/inventory policy at this Meijer is just a flat out disgrace and I would advice all to avoid this Meijer with a large wooden stick. Some sort of compensation for the time and effort wasted to go to this Meijer would be appreciated.

Best grocery store. Not the lowest prices but the highest quality. I do all my grocery shopping at meijer. You wouldnt expect to be able to find anything you need there, but I always do.

If you are a Mperks member be sure to check your receipt at the checkout line. More often than not they manage to not deduct the coupons you have loaded on your membership account.
Meijer's is a cheat. I'll be so glad when the new Publix store opens directly across the road.

Shout out to Aliyah who I witnessed helping a elderly woman who's cain kept slipping out from under her navigate her way in and out of the bathroom. She never once flinched about the lady needing to hold on to her and she made sure she didn't walk away until the elderly woman was safely seated back on her Meijer supplied automatic scooter/wheelchair. It's so reassuring to see young people helping the elderly. Great job Aliyah!

I get my prescriptions and my groceries at Meijer's most of the time. Some of their things are overpriced so I have to go somewhere else. They need more cashiers. But the staff is always Pleasant have a smile on your face and willing to help in any way possible.

This store is an absolute JOKE. They have had some of the rudest people working here for years. Went in there today to do a deal and I honestly do not know if I have ever been talked ruder to in my entire life. It took five people being rude and I finally left and called customer service. The lady on the phone was horrified by the way I was talked to and treated. I am waiting on a call back from the district manager. I have also contacted the BBB and the Ky State's Ag office. This nonsense will not stand. I can not wait until Publix opens and puts this place out of business. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here.
