The service here is awful. The owner was without a doubt the rudest person I have ever encountered. I will spare the whole story but I can see why they are going out of business. Support an actual small business and not this woman.

Took a Blue topaze and diamond 18kg gold ring to be appraised and they ruined the value of it at 5,000 to 500 dollars by scratching out the 18kg stamp!

I had my grandfather's watch dropped off for cleaning and a battery change. It took several hours and when picked up the screws on the back plate were stripped. I called them and was told, "What do you want us to do, send it somewhere else?"Pathetic.

Marshall Granger Jewlers is the best! I have purchased a number of items there (my wife’s engagement ring, her wedding band, my wedding ring and a new necklace. ? ) Each experience has been excellent and Mallorie has provided superb advice and a speedy turn around time on our sizings and cleanings.Marshall is also super knowledgeable, he helped my Father with his jewelry purchases back in the day and continues doing so with those in the next generation.

Wish I had gotten her name. She was so nice, friendly. The store had beautiful pieces, but I was only there to purchase a silver necklace. She showed me a variety of options. I left as one happy customer!
