I've been going here for years but today was the last straw. the guy that did my toes, white t-shirt short shaved hair, I've had b4 & he's always aggressive when doing a pedi. When i saw he was my nail tech i grimaced but i shouldve listened to my instincts cause he scrubbed tf out of my toe! i cried in the salon, its a decent chunk off my toe. didn't offer any discount but first tried to blame ME like it's my toes fault?? he apologized when i paid ? never again.

Not good.
My nails were done yesterday. They are jagged, wavy, rigid, uneven and look of poor quality. The technician didn't fully remove the old nail when he tried to cover it with new product.
I was quoted $50 but charged $65
Look at the pics, there's even dirt in the nail and you can see how they catch and scratch my skin.
I can't even go back and complain because I was traveling through on vacation.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. All of the negative reviews are accurate. My original nail salon was too busy today for walk ins, so I had to resort to this place. Immediately, I notice what seems to be the main guy running place was doing a customers nails, and not paying attention at all. Once it was my turn with him, I had the same issue. He was constantly on his cell phone taking FaceTime calls, or normal calls on speaker, etc. He’d leave the area in the middle doing my nails to check out customers instead of their own nail tech doing it. Just completely unfocused which resulted in my nails being awful at the end. All I got was a full set with gel which is I’m pretty sure $50-$55, and was charge $70. I always tip $20 when at a salon, which is completely on me because it wasn’t deserved, but $70 for just this? And bad service? No thank you. My nails are all crooked, and the nail polish isn’t even covering the sides of nails. This is the worst, WORST, nail experience I’ve ever had.

There were 4 of us together and the lady that done mine and my friends done a great job. My daughter and her friend had 2 gentlemen to service them. They did not do everything on my daughter as they did me and they cut a place on her friends leg. Two of them got gel which is a 5.00 up charge, we were fine with that but they charged us all the same. Absolutely do not recommend

I have been going to Lovely nails for over 15 years … Lisa has done my nails and toes for many of those years and Tony has done my nails as well!! I’ve also brought my daughters for many different events; prom, homecoming/snowball dances, weddings or just because. They have always done a great job and treat us like family! Tony knows nearly every (repeat) customer by name, as they call or walk in! As a long time client, I highly recommend Lovely Nails?

Experience was awful. The people were rude and aggressive. Didn’t cut my cuticles causing me a bad hangnail and the he aggressively filed that same nail until I bled. All nails are pretty uneven and weird looking. In third photo you can see where the aggressiveness happened the worst

walked in and got right back for my pedicure, which i thought was awesome. steven did my pedicure and was rude and very rough. he made the water so hot i didn’t think id be able to keep my feet in it but i didn’t want to complain. i had to look at the colors for a few minutes and he acted annoyed that i didn’t have a color ready as soon as i sat in the chair. he kept jerking my feet around instead of asking me to move them and it caused him to mess my left pinky toe up, but he quickly fixed it and it turned out very sloppy. i was not even there an hour, the whole thing was rushed and not a good experience. as i was leaving i saw him outside smoking. even if he just needed a smoke break there was no need for rude behavior. used to come here frequently but don’t see my self coming back. the new employees are terrible

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE etiquette. They were rude upon entering and asked “who did these nails?” (My previous acrylic set) which THEY did. They wouldn’t believe me and started to talk to one another badly about me, I would assume since it was directly after our conversation. My nails were BURNING and I had asked him at least twice to be gentler and he kept on yanking my hand and filing my skin enough to bleed. Not to mention each one of my nails are crooked. Used to love this place. They really went downhill. I do not recommend going here if you want a good experience with nail salons.

I will never be going back here. the lady who was doing my nails was being very short & rude with me from the start. She was rushing & forgot my color so she just grabbed one she liked. she was hurting my fingers they were literally burning. just overall horrible experience. Never again.

Cleanliness: Every time I visit the salon has been very clean.
