“I travel to Cincinnati frequently on business, Loved this place and glad I stopped in! Huge selection of rotating craft beers on tap and bottled beer as well. Very unique, upscale and modernized place in downtown Cincinnati to enjoy a beer!”

535 Buttermilk Pike, Crescent Springs“This is one of George Sharpe's stores. As always, it was spotless, great selection, and good prices. He runs a class operation and has one of the best humidors in the area. If you are looking for good place to go for wine, spirits, and cigars or cigarettes, then look no further. One quick note- if you are a cigar enthusiast, you probably already roll the cigar between your fingers to check for any "crackling". This would mean a dry cigar, probably not salvageable. This store almost always has the humidity above 70% and hence no crackling. ENJOY!”
9AM - 11PM
118 6th Ave, Dayton“Liquor King is a great alternative to the fast paced environment of a big box liquor store. They have everything you could ever need. I try to always visit this store over a corporate store and recommend it to my friends nearby. The service is always friendly and helpful, and they always remember their customers. They also provide a variety of snacks for sale, including candy and chips. Go check these guys out!”
“I love this place! The owners & staff are so nice! They make sure to have my beer in stock every single week! I go nowhere else! 100% loyal customer! A++++++++++++++++”

227 Elm St, Ludlow“Locally owned with a wide selection of food that mostly comes from the Ohio and Kentucky area. The staff is always incredibly polite and ready to answer any questions you may have. The hot soup and sandwiches on selection are always a treat. While not strictly vegetarian there are plenty of options for those of us that abstain from meat. Be sure to try the frozen pizza, they will quickly become an addiction.”
“Visited this location after looking for peppermint schnapps and Irish cream for holiday drinks. They have a good selection of liquor here but some of the pricing was 25 percent higher than for the same product down the street. I bought one item here and then went down the street to purchase the other. The staff were nice enough. It would be great if their pricing was more competitive and consistent. Overall a good place to stop if you need something quick.”

1919 Cleneay Ave, Cincinnati“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. He knew that he didn’t have what I was looking for before walking me to where it would have been and made a great comparable suggestion. Wife and I both love the Bodhi from Columbus brewing company.”
“I don't drink alcohol but I do go there for the roll your own tobacco products (tubes and tobacco). They have a wide variety of selection and price. I can always find what I'm looking for. Love them”

343 Ludlow Ave, Cincinnati“Stopped in, 1st time, during the December holiday Clifton Fest on Ludlow. We got a friendly welcome and explanation of the day's tasting menu. Between us 2, we shared a tasting of four pours--all of which were good. The atmosphere is great and Ludlow Wines has a neighbourly vibe that is quintessential to the Clifton Gaslight area.”
11AM - 5:30PM
6836 Wooster Pike, Cincinnati“This shop is an absolute gem in Mariemont. Chelsey curates the best selection of gourmet foods, wines, and home goods. She has impeccable taste, and every time I stop in, it’s such a treat. I really appreciate that she will call me when some of my favorite staples come in stock, and will hold them for me to pick up. IMO, she runs the best gourmet and kitchen goods shop in the city. Also, her focaccia veggie sandwich she offers in the fall is out of this world - a must try!”
“Super friendly staff! We were visiting Kentucky and on the hunt for a Kentucky exclusive bourbon. The team helped us pick out some great options, their pricing was awesome, and we loved their recommendations when we got home and tasted them.”
“Great service. I was looking for a couple of very specific bottles to give as Christmas gifts, and the staff at the Wine Cellar was able to quickly help me find and order the right bottles. Good selection and variety of price points. I was also formerly in a wine of the month club there, and the bottles were always interesting and helped me expand my horizons.”
10AM - 9:30PM
6720 Clough Pike, Cincinnati“I hit this place daily for smokes. Very friendly and they remember you. Bring your dog with you for a dog treat. They appear to have a large selection of alcoholic drinks for you drinkers. The quencher sign in front always has something to say.”
“Always stocked with the items I need and if they don't have it you talk too them they'll get it in for you... They are all really nice people that work there..”
9AM - 9PM
501 Crescent Ave, Covington“If there is something you are looking for, go here. Their selection is amazing. Their staff, however, is more than amazing. Their knowledge and service are honestly unparalleled. They are helpful, and delightful to talk to. It really shows that they truly enjoy their work- talking to people about what to drink! I live more than an hour away, but this is my go-to. Thank you for always being a great place.”
“Great selection and the automatic pouring station is fun for sampling! Especially on Fridays when a group of us get together informally to taste and talk wine—anyone should feel free to join us! Now known as Funk Fridays after 5 with funk music and a fun crowd :) If you’re intimidated by the machine just ask the staff for help or another tasting patron as everyone is very friendly. As a millennial I personally like that I can browse without being bothered (at least initially/ while I get my bearings) but a few staff members are always around and able to make recommendations if I need it. Definitely ask for help if you’re new to wine or looking for something specific! Kathy and Kevin have years of great travel/tasting experience, Jim is very outgoing, has a culinary background and is the person to ask about the wine station wines along with Emily who is also very friendly, and Dan is very personable and will be sure to take the time to find out what you’re looking for—all are very knowledgeable and will make great recommendations, especially if you can describe something that you know you like as a reference! They also very kindly helped my sister (from NY) surprise me with a bottle of Champagne which they decorated with ribbon and put together a gift card and tasting machine card (pictured) all over the phone for my birthday—very helpful and thoughtful!”
“This is the best liquor store I've ever been to. It doesn't have the feel of a regular liquor store. My daughter came in to use the bathroom, which usually I would never allow. It's really bright and open and the customer service is great! I no longer go any where else!”
9AM - 8PM
128 W Elder St, Cincinnati“This has been my favorite wine market for years and years. Absolutely the best. Reservations recommended for weekend wine tastings.
Wide selection available with some by the glass, including in plastic cups to enjoy as you explore Findlay Market. They also have a decent beer list with drafts too.”
10AM - 10:30PM
8244 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria“The only place in two counties that carry my favorite vodka ( Crystal Head Vodka)! They are also so friendly! I only get to go in once a year to buy this Vodka for my Birthday! See y’all soon!?”
“The Drive-Thru is my go-to for essentials like lottery tickets because of their speedy drive-thru service. I usually buy my lottery tickets here when passing by on my commute due to the convenience of not even having to get out of my car. They offer a wide range of items like alcohol, cigarettes, lottery tickets, and more for customers who need to multitask quickly. The staff keeps the drive-thru line moving fast too.Prices are a bit higher than grocery stores since they focus on convenience rather than discounts. But for me, the time savings gained from the quick drive-thru make it worthwhile when I am grabbing necessities on the run. For fast, convenient purchasing of key items like lottery tickets and alcohol, Drive-Thru cannot be beat.”
“Good place, sometimes I've noticed the cashier really has an unpleasant attitude, it's not all the time but just when this one lady is working. Either way this place is still wonderful they have a very convenient drive thru”
“They have a lovely selection with a nice staff. The staff is also knowledgeable and I find them to be generous. I enjoy that mom Faris has partnered with other local businesses for various reasons. They have a clean store in good product.”
“They had Gordon's gin in a 750 ML glass bottle. Cant get at Kroger's except in plastic and I dont buy that much liquor but definitely none from plastic bottles. Better price, also.”
“More than just liquor! I walked in with a buddy that doesn't partake. He wondered around the store because there's so much more. He couldn't believe the selection.”
8:30AM - 10PM
2310 Central Pkwy, Cincinnati“This is our local convenience store, where we go regularly (mostly to pick up beer/ice). Everyone here is super nice. We consider them our neighbors & friends.”
“Buying cheese here is such a treat!! There are some consistent favorites, but always something new to try. From individual cheeses to their beautifully crafted boards, The Rhined sells and shares an amazing lot of cheeses and other provisions (pickled veggies! spreads! wine! chocolates!). Working with their staff to pick out your new favorites is also a lot of fun, they are so welcoming and knowledgeable.”
