If you want to wait all day, this is the pharmacy for you. It’s not just a one time thing, it’s 95% of the time. Better luck inside than the drive thru or walk up window.

Very grateful to have this pharmacy close to my home. I've been going to this pharmacy for mine and my son's medications for years. They have always been as quick as circumstances allow them to be, kind, and had no issue communicating with me or my doctor. They obviously care about their patients. Thank you for all you do!

The young kid had no idea what he was doing, and the grey haired lady was just very rude and unhelpful. Not something you would of expected from a pharmacist. Went to CVS and got what I needed in 10 seconds. Thanks!

Fast, efficient, and very nice employees. They are always on time with filling my medications. My medication has to be counted by 2 people after it is filled and I’ve never had any issues with it.I recommend this one over the Kroger pharmacy cold spring -crossroads.

Super slow. Not customer oriented. Crazy hours. Say things are ready and they are not.

Lennox was conscientious and helpful.

So slow, get orders wrong, tell you medicine is ready when it isn’t. They will tell you it’s staffing, but doesn’t appear to be a new problem based on other reviews.

Could not get service. Poor location. Allowed a customer in the phone with insurance stand in front of me or 20 minutes which was not necessary.

I've lived at this Kroger for 6 months now- there is a good supply of Charcuterie boards and $12 cheese to keep me fed, but I must say their toilet paper is lacking. I make for it by using the discarded cart sanitizing wipes littering the entrance. The best place to hide is the personal hygiene section- the customers rarely visit this aisle. The last time an employee found time they were rather rude and gave me a good beating with a moldy mop.

Be aware if you are poor and cannot afford a cell phone with texting capabilities you cannot win tickets to local attractions during this stores so called "grand reopening". You must "TEXT" to a number in order to win. Contacted corporate and they stated that was not their problem. Ergo loyalty is a one-way street, meaning please shop here but other than that we really don't care about you as long as you spend $$$$$$$$$$$$$

A smaller Kroger than my local store, but I LOVE the signage - the larger signs on the wall over the different sections. It's very helpful, especially never having navigated the store before, & should be consistent in all of their stores. Not a huge fan of some aspects of the layout, with so many things in bins & the like in the middle or at the ends of aisles. I'm not sure if their current hours are Covid-related, but grocery stores need to open before 7 AM. This one currently is not.

This is one of the smaller locations. That being said, they try and pack a lot into the space. Department shelves were well stocked. The only exception was the produce department. They seemed to be very spread out, with a small product to space ratio. The store was neat and clean throughout. Employees were friendly, particularly in the dairy and meat departments. The meat department manager is very proud of his department, and the new "fresh for all" campaign. They now offer hand trimed chicken on the shelves. He encourages people to come up the the counter and ask questions. The morning I went was particularly slow. There were still two cashiers open, as well as self checkout. Not having to wait in line was awesome. Ample parking is available.

I'm 22, and I was trying to buy alcohol at the Cold Spring Kroger. I was with my 20 year old girlfriend. The cashier rejected me because apparently we BOTH have to be of age, despite the fact that it's my license and my money buying the alcohol. Absolutely ridiculous. Could a mother not buy alcohol if her kids happen to be with her?
