This is a good location. I rent a deep clean machine which Tori was working and helping me. On the returning time I went back on time, Kremer who an assistant service manager did not check or ask anyone refused to take the machine back. I told this machine was due. Luckily Tori was there and told him to check on paper. As an assistant he should learn more services. Thanks

I've lived at this Kroger for 6 months now- there is a good supply of Charcuterie boards and $12 cheese to keep me fed, but I must say their toilet paper is lacking. I make for it by using the discarded cart sanitizing wipes littering the entrance. The best place to hide is the personal hygiene section- the customers rarely visit this aisle. The last time an employee found time they were rather rude and gave me a good beating with a moldy mop.

Be aware if you are poor and cannot afford a cell phone with texting capabilities you cannot win tickets to local attractions during this stores so called "grand reopening". You must "TEXT" to a number in order to win. Contacted corporate and they stated that was not their problem. Ergo loyalty is a one-way street, meaning please shop here but other than that we really don't care about you as long as you spend $$$$$$$$$$$$$

A smaller Kroger than my local store, but I LOVE the signage - the larger signs on the wall over the different sections. It's very helpful, especially never having navigated the store before, & should be consistent in all of their stores. Not a huge fan of some aspects of the layout, with so many things in bins & the like in the middle or at the ends of aisles. I'm not sure if their current hours are Covid-related, but grocery stores need to open before 7 AM. This one currently is not.

Poorest quality produce section I’ve ever experienced. Very limited brand variety throughout store; Kroger has 3 or 4 different levels of “KROGER”brands and little else.

This is one of the smaller locations. That being said, they try and pack a lot into the space. Department shelves were well stocked. The only exception was the produce department. They seemed to be very spread out, with a small product to space ratio. The store was neat and clean throughout. Employees were friendly, particularly in the dairy and meat departments. The meat department manager is very proud of his department, and the new "fresh for all" campaign. They now offer hand trimed chicken on the shelves. He encourages people to come up the the counter and ask questions. The morning I went was particularly slow. There were still two cashiers open, as well as self checkout. Not having to wait in line was awesome. Ample parking is available.

This Kroger is the closest to NKU and you will occasionally see students inside this store. This store is small and has been around like 30 years now.

This use to be our favorite location but the past two times we went the bagger leaves us. We have to bag our own groceries while two of the workers stand there just talking. This time I complained and this is our last time going there. Disappointed.

Tired of this location moving things constantly. Used to be able to stop in and grab what I need. Now I have to walk through the entire store to find items.
