Been a while since I have been to this store, I really hate that I have to leave such a negative review, had the day off, want a pair of short that ride above the knee, I looked and looked, finally asked a person at the check out, I couldn't find anyone else to ask, I ask for some help in the mens department, she basically said no can't help you. I thought she was kidding. I told her I made a special trip here from West Price hill. She could not have cared less. Needless to say it will be a while before I return, shame, I've had really good experiences at this location, hence, why I went back. I am very dissapointed..

This store is a wonderful place to shop. Friendly staff and organized store. The associate, Linda, was very helpful and went out of her way to help me. I would highly recommend this store

I'm usually satisfied with their selections and options. I'm not sure if it was a bad time or if they are down employees, but the selections in four different departments were lacking. Not all sizes available, staple pieces that are usually there were not available. My go-to place may not be my go-to place anymore.

Went to Kohls in Cold Spring for an Amazon return. The store had been remodeled with self checkouts and the customer service desk at the front of the store. It was very confusing on which way to enter for checkout. There were about 5 customers in line and the two female employees working were very rude and chastising the 5 of us because we entered the “wrong way.” How about not being so rude, and posting more signs on where to enter?! I’ve shopped at this location since it opened. Will not be going back to this one. Great customer service is what keeps customers coming back. This location needs to train their employees better.

Got them deals!!! If you know how to shop they have the best clothes deals anywhere I wouldn't buy clothes from anywhere else except for pants and blue jeans
