I am currently taking the KY Realtor Licensing course. A lot of the questions are not covered in the text book or in the powerpoint slides that you review. Currently on module 3 and will finish course but I expected more considering the positive reviews before starting this course. Its more so trial and error with the exams at the end of the module due to the gaps in course content and the textbook you are directed to purchase. In person training would be better if it was offered.
Also, several typos through course content.

I took the Brokerage Management Course and with so many questions and doubts that I had because of online courses, I was amazed of how easy the process was. Kent Gray was always an email or phone call away. He took the time to give me step by step directions. I had such a great experience. I highly recommend you trying the Kentucky Real Estate College.

I feel that the course was a great deal compared to other courses I considered. The information was relevant and a condensed version of the book. I really appreciated Kent being accessible to students. I knew if I had questions they would be answered quickly. This course ensured that I was prepared and able to pass the National/State exam.

I went through KY Real Estate College for both my KY Sales and KY Broker license. Their online learning process is second to none. Being able to learn and take the courses at my own pace was amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone getting their sales or brokers license.
