I have enjoyed working with Furniture Fair in my newly renovated condo; dining space, bar stools and occasional chairs. I’ve worked with Adam, Devin, Mindy and Tiffanie for different items. Each of them helped me with my choices and selections. If there was the slightest issue, or any questions it was taken care of quickly and efficiently.I highly recommend Furniture Fair, Cold Spring.Yep, I returned for a mattress for a guest room and smooth sailing thanks to Devin. This store has so much to choose from and great people to work with.

Ashley at the Cold Spring store went above and beyond our expectations. We were dealing with replacing furniture that was still under warranty and she did a phenomenal job at helping us navigate this process. Our living room is beautiful. Thanks so much Ashley

Went to look for a sectional, have been wanting one for awhile but couldn't find the one that was what I had been looking for. Was greeted and helped by Tiffanie. Unlike many furniture stores, she allowed me time to look before coming back to check on me and if I had any questions. She was knowledgeable and very helpful in switching everything to what I wanted specifically. She recommended the grant reclining sectional. And it's amazing. Couldn't ask for a more patient person to deal with. Definitely recommended seeing Tiffanie if your looking to buy furniture!

I had such an easy, friendly experience with everyone I worked with mainly Tiffany and Devin. They got me everything i needed to furnish an entire apartment within my budget. At sale prices!

Again - another excellent buying experience purchasing at the Cold Spring, KY store. Tom Stewart was helpful and no upsale. Happy that Tom is now a manager in Cold Spring. I contacted him via email about what I wanted to purchase and he had everything ready to go when we arrived at the store. We were in and out in 15 minutes with a year, no interest purchase. Will definately call Tom / Furniture Fair whenever we need furniiture or mattresses.

Went to store on Monday night, the salesman was very informative and didn't hover. He made himself visible but didn't feel like he was rushing us. Large selection with reasonable prices.

Great selection and great prices all with no pressure. We compared sectionals at several furniture stores in the area and furniture fair in Coldspring could not be beat.
