“It's a convenience store at the end of a street that sells amazing soft-serve ice cream. I try to stop by whenever I am in the Covington/Newport/Bellevue area. The soft serve is such a great deal. They give you a huge portion for less than $4. The flavors are unique and change weekly. If you follow them on social media, they post what new flavors they have. Today's was vanilla and butter pecan mix. They also have beer on tap, a large variety of craft beer, and other typical convenience store items. The staff there are super friendly as well. Will definitely stop by again when I am in the area!”

“Absolutely delicious! I ate today for the first time from Southside. I was amazed at how good it was. They honored a special request and my wife picked up our pork tenderloin sandwhichs, fries and onion rings.Mmmmmm....it's a square meal for a square deal. “I think some of these reviews fail to realize that having a store like this in the armpit of Dayton is a blessing and they have to keep their prices high because it's not a grocery store where they can get things delivered by the truckload. They aren't price gouging us, prices are marked to keep afloat lol. It's a convenience store. You're paying for the convenience. Excellent service every single time and it's SO nice to pick up some odds and ends to save me a trip to Kroger.”

Great service, great portions for the price, and not only is the staff nice, the patrons are as well. Definitely the best hidden Gem in Cincinnati. They only take cash... fyi but there is an ATM onsite.”

This one lady who was working I didn’t get her name but she really helped me that day and talked me down when I was really upset and my anxiety was super high. The prices are pretty good and often it can save me an extra trip to the local grocery store. They carry many items that will help you from making multiple trips elsewhere. “I have to use CVS for my pharmacy because of my insurance. For years I used the one at Anderson Towne Center and was horrified at the horrible service I received from them. They were rude. They would screw up my orders. They would lie to me. They would put me on hold for over half an hour and they took for absolutely forever to get me my prescriptions. I switched to this CVS location and it was night and day. The people here are friendly, efficient and prompt.”

“I visited African Mini-Mart for the first time today, just to get a feel for the place. I must say, the store smelled DELICIOUS! Like heaven. I admit, I just wanted to see what the store had to offer, and it offers a lot - all kinds of African spices, foods, and products. Alas, I had just finished shopping at Merkato Market, another African food and goods store a stone's throw away, so I only ended up purchasing some Jamaican soda, but I will go back. “This speedway is tricky to get in and out of during the day, but at night is easy to do so. They have this bag of popcorn that tastes like fire roasted corn and it's the tastiest bag of store brand popcorn that I have ever tasted. I've only seen this store brand popcorn at this particular gas station.”
