Love the people here, they are so sweet and helpful. I hate that the changing times are forcing them to close their physical stores because they are a big resource for people who aren’t financially secure but still want a college education without the ridiculous prices.

It is finals week and my books are due. But when I got there it was closed, it says it is open online. If you aren't going to be open, please put a sign up or something. I called the store to try and see if I could return my book some other way but no one picked up. I don't want to be charged more money because of the stores incompetence

They are rude and inconsiderate and they do not do their job well. They will take 80+ dollars out of your account even after you have returned your books. They are just money hungry and don’t care about the students
