The banker I worked with could not help me at the time due to an upcoming scheduled appointment.I understood that, but was not given an appointment. I indicated I have open availability to schedule but rather than proceed to give me an appointment, my phone number was taken and I was told I would receive a call. I don't understand why an appointment could not be scheduled when I was there.I went home and created an appointment myself on the website.Most banks I have done business with are eager to help a customer create a new account. This experience made me feel as if PNC is ambivalent about my continued business with them.”
